Need intelligent help with bloods

ad

Got bloodwork that I recently posted for estradiol. Was taking .25 mg Each day of adex on test 600 mgs a week. Original results showed level of 26 (range was 7-42) I got bloods because I felt a little off and asked if they could double check cause I felt it was off. They said they hold bloods for 10-14 days after they prep it and said they would retest for free from same batch of bloods. New blood work came in at 11?! Less than half of what they originally told me? I told them that I don't trust the credibility of that and requested I get redrawn new blood for free which I am Friday, but why would the same batch of blood produce two different results 6 days apart? Would the adex in my blood attack and lower circulating e2 resulting in actual lower number of e2 in blood when it sat there? Thanks for any help

Yes, because of good preservation and blood drawing technique. When do u administer your adex? And, if test 600mg is your cycle dose, and the results are 26 then 11, decrease frequency of adex to every three days and keep same .25mg dose. I like E2 levels to be low because test aromatizes easily with me. But, i learned based off cycling and bloodwork that E2 should be closer to 40. But, everybody is different.
