be enough for a Test-E Only Cycle? Or would it better to get some Anastrozole and drop the Aromasin?

cdaddy7Mon and Thurs injection. +1 for an excellent, complete cycle plan and great attitude and following the vets instructions. U will b pleased with the results. Make sure your diet is on point to optimize the muscle growth factor. The diet/nutrition is very important too.
56tooI would have those items on hand but I wouldn't use any of it unless I needed it. IMO people are too quick to use AIs. You Do need estro to grow muscle. This is just my opnion of course but based on fact
cdaddy7Letro def on deck always in case you have issues with gyno show up. Aromasin 12.5mg EOD on cycle start at week 1 or no later than week 3 and use it all the way up to ur PCT. Start PCT 15 days after last Test injection and it should look like this:
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
zewiStart the Aromasin in week 3 or 4 @ 12.5mg ED
PCT 15 days after last shot
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20

A other question is there any signs too look for to know your pct is underdosed or bunk as i know more experienced people would be able to tell, but someone who's never used it, wouldnt. any advice :)?
cdaddy7Let me make a quick point, you see me and Zewi differ on the dose times and when to start. We are not disagreeing with each other. That is the way that we take it its effective for us. Everyone is different when it comes to AIs it seems, so you might have to make adjustments and tweaks to better suit u.
zewiX2 you are right. If they are unsure start earlier than later.
zewinot really-- blood test and if you have no libido. However, if you have hot flashes, or your libido is still good, and you feel somewhat normal your good. Your still going to have some depression. (post cycle depression)

Asin - AI for on cycle use
Clomid + Nolva for PCT
You could even carry the asin through to PCT if you wish to follow G&C's PCT Protocol (http://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/pct-anti-estrogens/announcing-gc...)
Additionally, you should always have letro and caber on hand whenever you run 19nor's
