decent foods advice?

Ok so eating super clean eg chicken and Brown rice...isn't the greatest and taste like ass after a while

So what are some good foods that have a decent amount of protein that are different from the norm

Also snacks would be good nuts are good but yeah, not sure on beef jerky dat sodium

This good as a treat, I would not do it to often though.
2-3 eggs/baking powder no alum/water if needed 50g-65g of your favorite whey. Mix, drop on non stick pan medium heat.
Monk/Stevia to sweeten
Protein packed pancakes

Beef/low sodium soy sauce/monk-stevia-sucralose/water
Make the liquid portion extra sweet to taste, the sweet bakes off.
Strip the beef, soak them 30mins,bake in oven super low with the door cracked if your oven works like a old one.
Low sodium,low carb jerky

Baked cod, pico de gallo(Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalepeno) shredded cabbage, whole wheat tortillas. Sprinkle some lime n a homemade salsa( chiles de arbol, tomatillos blackened and then blended) Fuck bro this shit is fire!!! Or substitute the fish with skirt steak, or baked chicked is good as hell too. Do tht once a week. Salmon is good baked with asparagus on the side. Make Shrimp cocktail. Boil some shrimp and cut up a bunch of cuccumber, tomatoes, onions, cilantro. Put 8oz of shrimp in a bowl with the juice from the pot and add all the veggies and add some sugar free ketchup and stir it around. That's Mexican shrimp cocktil and u can add salsa to it or chopped jalepenos. Eirher way it's hard not to get seconds

Something a little different? I like quinoa mixed with black beans and eaten as a dip with blue corn chips. Sometimes, I'll even add pulled chicken to the mix. I read somewhere that eggs are the most complete food protein source for the human body besides breast milk. lol

Yea, chicken can boring after awhile, try pretenderized beef shirt with a low sodium marinade as ur protein. With the rice, mix in some corn, black beans, cilantro etc anything that will keep ur taste buds happy. Cruz the isles for fresh ideas
