please help. sterilize grape seed oil

I have bought a 30ml sealed sterile vial. a 30ml syringe and a whatman .22 filter. i was going to take grapesoid oil and heat in the oven at 400degrees for 20 min. and wait to cool a bit and pull it in to a new 30ml. syringe and push thru a .22 filter into the sterile vial. what is your guys take on this. i want to use it to cut my t 400 tbat crypils me for a week. quick help. all info is much appreciated. Will it be sterile

I recenly bought a .22 filter and a 100ml vial and grapeseed oil. i tryed pushing the grapeseed oil through the filter. wtf like 2 drops a second is the rate it comes out. i got 5cc through after 30 minutes. is there an easier way to get it through the filter?

So bake 250 until oil reaches 250 then push thru. got it! now losing 2 cc through filter. i was looking to home brew soon also. do i not filter the test into the vial? i would lose 2 valuable ccs your saying? and to reply. about gpz i buy all sticks and things from there but have never seen sterile grape seed oil on there? unless i missed t?

400 is too high; simply passing it through the .22 whatman may be enough
if you're set on cooking it go 250 or lower and sterilize a quick read thermometer so you can see how warm it is, once it hits 200 (I've read 160 is enough) take it out to allow it to cool enough for the filtering process
you're going to lose about 2cc's in the filter
i think 250 @ a hour in preheated oven

I just got a 560 special blend made for me and it some pip but not crippling. Of course it does have EO solvent ;)
