I need to start taking t4. My level is down to 3.3. I guess ill start low and get bloods every week to see if its at a good number or if it needs adjusting

T3 for me, I'm taking 10ui HYGE a day and I'm taking 25mcg T3 a day for now. If I don't make mistake, I think that T4 convert into T3 in the body. HGH slows down your thyroid.

Why brother ?
taking t3 with GH actually decreases it's anabolic effects.
T4 is converted into t3. During that conversion it signals your body into producing more igf and also results in many other anabolic properties.
If you only take t3, you will have an imbalance in thyroid hormones, you will not get the igf increase, your somatostatin levels will go up as well. (somatostatin basically blocks growth hormone from working) so you are making your HGH less effective when taking it with T3 only.
Awesome bro thanks for the knowledge. So when ones on hgh one should run a t4 supplement? What dose of t4 would be recommended with 4iu ed of hygetropins? Should one come off the t4 during the hgh cycle?
I wouldn't recommend t4 unless you know your thyroid values from a blood test. Unnecessary in low dose hgh. I consider anything below 5iu low dose for hgh

I take t4 as well, I read somewhere that not taking t4 with hgh is like wasting half of your gh. And I think it's too expensive to put to waste!
I have, I have! Beginning recommendation is to add 10mcg per iu once above 5iu. I would test bloods for T3 T4 levels to see if you need it or whether your taking enough.
