estrogen went crazy
trt doctor prescribed- so been on 125 every 10 days for 2 years or so, no issues, havent blasted in a year. suddenly my estrogen went crazy, i take anastrozole .50mg EOD. i got a large lump quickly and very sore nips very quickly, very puffy, all this happened over a few days maybe a week. I finally after bloods and coming off test till it was straight got it all worked out, but i have never had this issue before. im experienced and this was a new crazy one for me. nothing changed, not my gear, not my AI nothing. WTF??? anyone else ever have this issue on trt. i came off test completely for almost 5 weeks, and just ran anastrozole and mast P to get it all straightened out. bloods came back fine tuesday and i started back on my trt dose today

If you are still having this issue, or have this issue again, consider (or ask Doctor) to consider Aromasin instead, Exemestane. Arimidex stops estrogen but doesn't counteract estrogen, so you can get "blowback" so to speak. Estrogen has built up with Arimidex since it's got nowhere to go. It's not being absorbed for some time, so you don't have any adverse effects. Aromasin doesn't block the receptor like Arimidex (which leaves a bunch of free E2 (estro)) in your system.

wow that sucks to hear brother. insane how at 125 everyday 10 days! Can get you out of whack like that. Dont go to crazy on the arimidex a lot of people swear by it but I have heard a ton of shit on its effect on libido.
The older I've gotten, the more aromatizing my body does. Never had any issues with estro when I was younger. Got on trt in my mid forties and had tons of issues, even at trt doses. Not sure if that is what happened here but it's something to consider.
You are taking .50 EOD, and on 125mg every 10 days? I take it you are extremely gyno prone? On 175 a week I never have to touch an AI. Everyone is different but something is not adding up here as that low amount should have you around 600-900 which is normal range. Give us the whole story as there is missing information.
Why are you on prednisone? That is the worst shit for bodybuilding.
Could it be prolactin from HGH?
When i started trt one injection a week i could get my estrogen dialed for shit! Now I spilt my injection twice a week and I'm dialed in. Only change i made was splitting it.
How soon did you get bloods drawn after injection?

i am on 2iu HGH and a 50mg of predinsone a day for an auto immune disease, all prescription, been on those for several months now
Prednisone can cause gyno. I made my doctor switch me up to Humira when I read about that.

I think the prednisone may have contributed IF it was started recently, but if he's been on it awhile, I don't understand why all of a sudden he would have estradiol out of control like that, after being fine for a long time...very odd.
my estrogen started to go back up, stopped the prednisone and changed nothing else, estrogen was right back to normal in three days. called the doc theyre going to be switching me to something else. plus i hate the prednisone it makes me mean as shit.
