Is an estradiol level of 49 particularly high? From what I can find, 40 is the standard cutoff for the high end, but don't want to obsess over it's unnecessary.

Low level of E2 more dangerous than high levels.

Definitely don't obsess over it. Its really about how you feel. And for the record, 49 isn't danger zone levels.
I generally like to try to keep mine on the higher end of the spectrum between 30-40. But I've got a friend who turns into an emotional mess when he gets over 30. Ive actually tested at 70 and another time just over 100, and wouldnt have known had I not tested. Zero sides of any kind. It's all about how your body handles it.
