I'm considering doing a cycle of test I've never done anything before one concern I have is severe muscle soreness for about 4 days after work outs. Will testc help this or make it worse?

Thanks for all the replies waiting on results of the latest round of blood work I'll up date my stats when I get the results.
Right on! Just want to see ya healthy n muscley..
Need stats! Age...height....weight.
I've done very little research regarding this, but from personal experience I get virtually no muscle soreness while on cycle. Off cycle, I experience much more frequent soreness especially in my pec and lat areas. I training harder, longer, and more frequent while on cycle as well. My theory for this is that since AAS helps with the increase of protein synthesis in muscle cells, it must also help to eleviate the levels of lactic acid build up in the muscles as well. Again, this is Solely based on person experience. I know that I have increased lactic acid issues off cycle rather than on. I'm definitely gonna start looking into this more.
AnonI'm assuming you have never done juice? What are your stats? Lifting history? Something as simple as glutamine will help with fatigue and soreness.
I've been lifting for 4years now. I use glutamine, protein, amino acids, zma, and have a fairly clean diet and do my best to sleep 8 hours a night. I'm currently taking synthroid for my thyroid. I have never taken any thing stronger than what you can get at the local store. I know delayed onset muscle soreness is common when you get older. I'm wondering if this is something I have to tolerate?
Just read your STATS and you DO NOT NEED AAS. You really need a clean diet and lots of cardio IF your healthy enough for that. Not being rude but at your age and bodyfat you need full blood workups and help from doctor first. On eating clean....does not mean starving....theres many folks here to help with that and a good circuit training routine. And getting on treadmill if your cleared by doctor will be mandatory. Its possible also that your doc srnds you to endocrine doc for test or hgh but with your thyroid and description of severe pain....this is best with mefical care first.
yeah I real should have looked at his stats before I threw out any personal experience. I forget that a lot of people have very little knowledge of AAS.
Its all learning. Here it seems easy to think everyone has done a couple because we all learn here daily. Since he kept up with not putting his stats here i peeped his wall. High bf.....huge weight gain and hes a lil older than .me. Gotta be safe on this one just because extreme muscle soreness can medically be many signs of hidden issues. Fibromyagia...water retention...nerve issues. After he gets full blood screen and circuit trains his way bavk to feeling good and healthier then he can look at options. Even at that point an endo May suggedt hgh and/or trt.
Well stated man. Sent you a friend request.
AnonNo brother it's not something you have to deal with. First thing I would do is if you have insurance go see your DR. Tell him you would like to see if your Test levels and Estradial levels are where they are supposed to be. After you get the results you should have a more defined idea of how to approach this.

instead of going through all those suggestions ,it could be a matter of learning to pull your chair away from the table...no rudeness intended bro
