Blood work Help

ad

So my labs look like this, nothing crazy, was running 200mg Cyp week with Sustanon 250 250mg later in the week, then I switched to a " Tri Blend" Test E Test C Test Decanote 200mg weekly with 100mg Cyp weekly, now I've gone to Test E Test C 400 once a week, my Estradiol and all that is through the roof, what should I do?

Couple questions: So currently you are running a test E & C blend at 400mg pinning once a week? How soon after pinning 400mg did you get your blood drawn for this test? Are you experiencing gyno symptoms? Are you experiencing any other high estrogen side effects like water retention or edema, acne?

I read back through some of your older posts and you seemed to wanted to just do TRT+.. 400mgs per weeks is cycle territory. I mean no offense at all but you're 47 years old and currently stated 45lbs overweight. Are you concerned about any of the other adverse side effects to your health from running so much test? Did you have any other health markers checked with this round of blood work? Lipids, liver/kidneys, CBP ect? I mean I'm kind of a hypocrite because I'm doing something similar to you but I'm using way less and I've gotten my weight down, just saying I would be more concerned about the long term effects/heart health.. that sort of thing

Anyways if you wanted to lower estrogen you could lower your test dose, lose weight or take an AI or a combination of those.

I did have a complete round of labs, all was kickass except my Estrogen. I should have updated my profile I've lost 15 lbs. But you're right, it was not a great idea, because I'm retaining water like a mofo, BP went through the roof, and although I felt great and strength has been gaining as has muscle, I feel flat every day now, sex drive is still there but I have terrible ED ( even with Cialis, Or Viagra.) I've cleaned the dirt up, I work out 4-5 days a week , I don't do much cardio honestly because I have COPD and just can't breathe but I do my weight training with intensity, often supersets, just wanted to feel better and was digging that Test feel so I over did it like a fucking dumbass.

Okay, well we are all learning right. We all have our own goals and to each their own. You being on here looking for guidance is going to help you in the long run. I'm new to this stuff too and am not an expert by far. I hope others chime in and help you out too. The high blood pressure could be caused by higher hematocrit or elevated levels of red blood cells & platelets making the blood thicker which is what testosterone just does, but that's definitely concerning. Especially if you already COPD. I've heard that cardio & things like Cialis can help lower blood pressure, or perhaps even medication from the doctor. The water retention is definitely part of elevated E2 levels.. over 200 is kinda crazy to me... mine was at 53 while on 175mg per week and it gave me gyno symptoms but we are all different.

I hope you figure out what works best for you and helps keeps you happy & healthy bro.

What do you do? You get your bloodwork, find estro high and take an AI right? Start with arimidex .25mg e3d and get bloods a couple weeks later and determine if .5mg e3d is needed and so on. Dont start off high and crash your estro, its better to start on the other end because you haven't stated any crazy emergency side effects you're experiencing. I dont have experience with aromasin doses but i would say start 6.25 aromasin and work your way up not to crash

Cool, right on. Yeah no Gyno( thank God) nothing crazy but the old man won't stay up and I feel depressed and lethargic af.Alright then , imma talk to the doc see what they wanna put me on and pivot from there ( if insurance will pay for it, cheaper than cash.) imma definitely look into the arimidex because that's the AI I hear most about. Thank you brother!

If you’re not on prescribed TRT I’d approach this delicately with your physician. If you’re in the U.S., many doctors and all insurance companies frown on using prescription drugs not prescribed to you by a licensed doctor. Now that we’re past that part, I’m generally a treat the symptoms not the numbers guy, but that estrogen is up there, I’d use an AI but start small. Next time I’d suggest getting a complete blood panel, it’s good to know what else is going on. Best wishes buddy

I'm prescribed, 100mg Test C weekly. Awesome, I definitely plan to start on an AI. Thank you!

I’d wait to see a doc, let your levels come down, but that’s just me. Having that script is gold, but if you see a doctor with a testosterone level of 2,300+ from 100mg he’s going to know what you’re doing. Just my two cents, nothing more. Don’t lose that prescription if it can be avoided.

Well, she already saw the Test levels, lied and told her was taking supplements, hopefully I can get past it
