God, you guys are so violent...
I listen to Tony Robbins tapes.
When not doing that, it's a toss up between "Shake It Off" and "Roar" or anything from the Monkeys.
Tony Robbins help you get that PR?
LOL, Yes! Apparently it's all about focus and belief.
I'm a Dale Carnegie guy, Zig Ziegler. Throw in some Robert Kyosaki
You're good enough, smart enough, and dog-gone-it!, people like you!
Right now, Pantera _ Walk
I have been lifting to LA Guns the last couple workouts. They rock like hell and I have met Traci, he is cool.

I always wondered what happened to Jayne, lol.
Do you think guys like Tracii Guns sit around drunk and crying, telling anyone who will listen, " I was the Guns from Guns n Roses"
Nah, I don't think so. The dude has a pretty hot wife and a young son. He seems to be pretty well grounded and enjoying life. Matter of fact and Phil (La Guns singer) are even getting along again.
I don't mean him specifically, just the idea of being a part of something huge and either bailing out early or being forced out. Kind of like Brando "I coulda been a contender". Think of Apple co-founder Ron Wayne selling his shares to the two steves for $800. I had an incident happen to me where I started a company and was eventually forced out then legally forced to sell. At the time we were the 2nd largest dealer of this type in the state. Now it is in the top 5 in the world.
That band wasn't technically GnR either, it was Hollywood Guns, or something to that effect. Either way, I am sure some part of him wishes he would have stayed hitched to Axel's wagon.
LA Guns and Hollywood Rose (axyls band) combined in 85 to form guns n roses. Tracii pulled out in 86 before appetite was cut and La guns was reformed.
Yep, you may be correct.
A friend of mines brother was a promoter. New all if the bands. He would get everbodys demo tapes. I had the demo for gnr in 86 before anybody ever heard of them. It was crude like most demos but when I heard welcome to the jungle I knew they would be big. I didn't know it at the time but it had songs on it that would be on all of their albums through use your illusion
Blast from the past indeed.
Tracii posted up this rehearsal video for his Birthday show the other day. They rocked like hell.

I was talking about your libido lmfao
Wiskey in a jar ,,just because he shoots with the.pistols
Hooba stank take you on ,because that was my up-state theme
Disturbed. Down with the sickness ,because I use to be real sick (head wise )
P.s , this was in pen ,see I hate country ,and I'm not to much a fan of gangster Rap ,and it the weight Pitt your music needed to drown. Out the other music driving you nuts so ,you would turn up 3 or 4 super 3 radios wired into a cassette. Deck ,and just blow the red of the Pitt out ...:)))
And if you want to talk about intense training.,...its there every gang trying to out do each other , and who's crews got more in the 300 club 400 club ,500 club. You trained because your life depended on it. .
I got all mine natty ,on ramen.noodle soups and beef sticks.
Now I'm older I just maintain. Sorry guys took me back a minute ..what a flash back lol
Judas priest Painkiller. Entire album. Awsome
You guys love your music whilst training.. nothing wrong with that i suppose but something i never got into... even the background music thats playing in the gyms , if we were training together i couldnt tell you the last song that played because i simply do not listen, my mind is focused and i am deaf to everything most of the time.
Each to his own heh!!
Well for me personally i train by myself 90 percent of the time so music becomes a big tool to get in the zone but when I train with someone I'm a ultra competitive person. So I don't listen to music and all I need is the motivation of someone else
i think that is what i was trying to say bro in a round about way...... i have never ever trained alone.... something i couldnt even imagine to be honest... i tip my hat to the guys that do and can actually create and hold the intensity that comes from a gym full of beasts all with the same goal in mind.
Unfortunately I live in a town of under a 1000 poeple. So needless to say there not many that care about the gym. I drive 20 miles to the gym and back four or five times a week. It's actual quit hectic getting to the gym sometimes with work and the family. Having an hour drive time a day just to train, well good luck finding anyone that's committed enough to go. I have a buddy that's a beast but he works third shift and I work days. I'm actual jealous of u and never having to workout alone. I always have a great workout as long as that other person is determined as me in the gym
Been in your shoes bro. When I lived where I did before I had a half an hour drive to the gym depending on traffic winter it was a much slower trek and it was always a ghost town. Either way it didn't matter to me. Partner or no partner I was still training just as intensely.
yep 45 minute drive for me, only gym left im not banned from.
