you guys got me addicted...

ad

I started drinking milk again, and now I can't stop! Gained 35lbs since leaving the hospital in May. Ten more to go until I'm at my pre illness weight. Still looking thin in certain areas, but I'm rebounding.

I actually stopped at gas station after work to buy a milk for the drive home. Smile

Thats some good shit right there bro. Happy for you. Keep killing and you'll be back before you know it. I wish I could drink milk. Haven been able to drink it since I was a baby. I just can swallow it No homo.. Just something about the taste. I can handle chocolate milk in small amounts though. Anyway awesome job friend keep it up.

Thanks bro, haha. I think I rebounded quick not just due to muscle memory, but because I already know how to train, and my diet has been great.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the support. Its weird, I've fully recovered strength in some areas like bis, but my Tris are still lagging. I'm pretty happy with my progress overall.

Awesome.

Anybody struggling to get in the extra cals/ protein milk is an awesome gap filler.

I recommend full cream!

I drink 1-2 litres everyday easily.

Milk....it does the body good.
Just reread your post. Vaguely remembered seeing it. Glad your feeling better. My wife is actually battling a stomach issue herself now. Not able to figure it out though. Waiting on yet another test result but I am trying to keep her eating because she has dropped weight which she cannot afford to do. Anyway, glad your feeling better and getting the weight back!

Bro, have them check her gallbladder, it can cause digestive issues for years and not get diagnosed. Good luck.
