I have just checked yours my man.... yours is incomplete WTF... you are asking for trouble here bro... watch your ass lol... lol
TxBigBoyLmfao!!! Ooo big man! He ain't asking guys! Umm lighten up bro, even if people do post stats it's the Internet, how many of them do you really think will be truthful?
Edit: oh and you should post some pics so we can see how truthful your stats are. Post some pics! I'm not asking! Lol
Sorry if some of you guys were offended, I was a little grummpy this morning. I guess it doesnt really matter because its your body not mine.
Its a good idea when you ask help. On forums the STATS will get posted before any vet jumps in to help. Gotta know what were working with. height, weight, bf,cycles
Hung like a guppy turd here! Managed to stay married for over 2 decades somehow though. : )
I believe it should be mandatory for everyone to post there age there ht and weight !! I see this guys all the time on here on gained 20 lbs in three weeks. Etc! On this compound or that compound and I look nothing how am I suppose to know if they were 140lbs and just Put on 20 lbs of water or if they know what they are doing and went from 220 to 240 it doesn't help anybody the supplier especially!! Anyways I think it should be mandatory to open an act!!!!
8.5 been in 47scence!
8".
Steveb2", off the ground!
PRIOR to broken elbows in april I was 205 and 8%bf. Looking for fall competition. Oh..5-4 and 205. Now....you'll have to wait til EBC ends.
I'm 6ft 8 375lbs 5% bf lol
"Im telling you not asking you." lol
I def agree. There are also fat guys that are out of shape with pictures up that should stop giving advice lol
X's 1000!!!!!!
My bad. Guess having 2 broken elbows in April and no arm use at all for 2.5 months means that I shouldnt be here? Couldnt even hold a coffee cup for 2 months. Lived thru a straw.
But Ive forgotten more skills than many here ever had.
Chill bro I wasn't talking to you. It was a general statement.
Who said he was talking about you? We all know how injury's are. Early this spring I DL'ed my left shoulder and broke two ribs. Hell..I lost 27lbs. the first month alone, then about 5ish the second. Left me skinny as hell..About 185-187lbs. Thanks to muscle memory I've gained all that muscle back plus some. I was maintaining around 215ish before I got hurt.(and that was tough) Now with the right compounds coursing through my body I'm not having a problem at all maintaining 220+. Just really up your cardio..Clean the hell out of you diet..And it wouldn't be a bad idea to drop the gear and you can shed that high BF%. But anyway..I doubt he was talking about you. =)
Im already leaned up a lot. Will get back to 205 quickly with muscle memory. Crazy how fast and injury drops the mass! Glad youre back on track..exactly why I jumped right back in with both feet.
Yeah I hear that. Man sometimes I get a pain in my shoulder while doing DB shoulder press's that make me freeze for a second..Thinking oh shit here we go again. Injury's are a very scary deal my man. I hate em.
Anonlol
BostonI tend to agree. If you're some fat slob giving advice on how to eat and lift, then you obviously dont know what you're talking about. I tend to listen to guys who have pics posted and proof that what they do works.
