+ 18 55 Days on Tren Ace: 192 lbs to 177 lbs (August 8 vs October 1)
As you guys can see this is a huge difference in that amount of time. I have never used Tren before this time period, and I was very hesitant to even run it. I have to say though after comparing old photos to new ones I myself am shocked. Sometimes I see myself in the mirror and feel like I look like shit, but lately been feeling damn good about my physique regardless of my loose skin from being a fat ass 320 pounder way back in time before I ever even started lifting. 55 days of hard strict dieting with no refeeds, no snacking nothing, and also including Tren and Clen did make a huge difference. I have dieted down many many times in my life, but I have to say this is the most crazy transformation in this amount of time I have ever done personally. I think this might even be a new PR for me in BF% . I know the lighting and angle is different but the fat on my chest and mid section is undeniable regardless of lighting or angles. I was dieting for multiple months prior to August 8th, but I was going very slow with it. I set a date to end my cut on October 8th a few months back, and I feel like I should stick to that date, cause I am physically and mentally drained at this point. Yet something inside me keeps saying 1 more month of dieting, has this happened to y'all before? Is this just the Tren speaking to me? lol

320lbs! At this point your scale probably filed a missing-person report, because those pounds are long gone. Seriously though, you’ve changed a ton. Great freaking job, bro.
great work bro
The promo from y'all went into building this, so thank you yet again!
Damn bro that’s a crazy difference! It’s wild that we can become blind to progress because we see ourselves in the mirror everyday.
For real though, that's why I had to post this cause I been taking pictures weekly and it wasn't until now that I put the two side by side. When I seen how I mutated, I was just blown away by it and was completely fucking pumped.
You look great bro, keep it up!
Great work mate! Inspiring!
Thank you brother.
Awesome! You’re not on a diet, you’re on a new life!
New Game + lol
very nice!
Bro you’re crushing it, kinda on the same grind you are and I must say I feel good in my own skin as well. Big up’s and keep on going.
Thanks buddy, and I hope you reach your goals as well. Looking forward to hopefully seeing you put up a physique update picture as well!
Let’s fucking go! Great work!!!
Damn bro, your the kind of hype man I need right now! lol
Hell you dude, looking lean and mean
Thanks bro!
Great work, brother! Keep it up!
Thank you so much bro!
You weren’t kidding about those daily pins with the ace brotha.
How did you run the clen? Off and on, or straight through the 2 months?
I ran the Clen straight through starting at 20mcg daily, I’m now currently at 80mcg. I upped the Clen dosage by 20mcg every 2 weeks, 20,40,60,80. By the time I hit 60mcg I would make sure to split the dose throughout the day instead of taking all 60mcg at once, so right now I take 40mcg after waking up fasted and another 40mcg mid day.
You feel pretty good (relatively) on both tren and clen? I’m about to get more serious with my cut, but have been going back and forth if I want to include clen or not.
I noticed the Clen in the very first week of use at 20mcg and had a jittery effect on my hands like you read online, but it quickly goes away. Before you know it the clen is just running in the background and you don't even notice it anymore, even when tapering dose up every 2 weeks. You will notice the Tren much more then the Clen, eventually you get use to even the Tren. One thing I never get use to with Tren though is I am always so warm when I sleep and get my sheets all moist, but luckily not soaked.
These 2 compounds have had such a profound effect on my physique and this diet, I just cant imagine not deploying them again in the future. I of course will only pull these levers when I am more deep into a cut and am stalling out of course, but 2 levers I will for sure 100% pull on again. I even thought about trying T3, but I was scared of it possibly cannibalizing my tissue.
Damn fine work!
Thank you bro!
Killer work bro! Straight jack hammer…NICE
Really appreciate it lol
Blimey Mate - You've done REALLY well!
I bet you feel sooo much fuckin different compared to those 320lb days - you must have been barely able to breathe mate carrying that much weight and also internal visceral fat. I definately porked up around my midsection doing years of powerlifting style workouts - fuck all reps and low volume coupled with excessive rest days because my shoulder was always fucked. Since joining the gym, the back work and leg work I've been doing has all been 6 to 10 rep range stuff and lots of sets. Plus the frequency I've been going there is more than double of what I was doing before. As a result I've lost nearly 14lbs of visceral fat and I have noticed I can breathe so much better and walk further without being breathless esp up hills. Apparently your diaphragm doesn't work properly as the internal fat in your stomach blocks it from fully extending - so as a result your breathing is forced to be shallow. Definately feel tonnes better being lighter now and am planinng on using the bike/rowing machine too. I have no idea at how guys walk around at 250 plus and enjoy it LOL WELL DONE AGAIN MATE

I am not trying to be negative at all mate, but are you able to get any type of surgery to remove the excess skin from your heavier days as it would really help your overall look?
Dude trust me it’s on my mind everyday. I looked into and I would have to get a Abdominoplasty, but the shit would cost me 5-6k out of pocket and a month off from work and the gym. If I had the money, and the time to take away from work I’d do it in a heart beat! It sucks to have put in all this work and to shred down to have to see a skin flap on my lower abdomen. My plan right now is over the next few years just keep putting on size and hopefully the size I put on stretches the skin out more where it’s not draping as bad, and maybe the use GH over time can help with collagen production to tighten the skin a bit. I know it will never be normal again, but maybe I can mask it a bit.
If your plan is to go heavier and Bulk then that will definately help tighten things up again for sure. Private surgery is a Bitch mate, license to print money esp when its something that was fine before and now it needs fixing LOL You'd be more willling to spend it if it was life saving lol
100%, but if I can save some money and see if I can tighten it up naturally then I'll try that first. Not like I have any plans to compete on a stage, cause if I did then it would be mandatory for me then.
Good work bro, im moist
I say stick with it one more week, you made a plan now finish it out. Once you start reversing the diet and muscles get fuller, youre gonna look crazy!
Yeah I have 2 days planned to eat at 2500 calories each day, all the extra calories are just carbs of course. This way I get a super compensation effect with my muscles, and I’ll be as full as house without any spillover into water or adipose tissue. After them 2 days I will back the calories back down to 2k daily slowly upping the calories strictly from carbs over the next 6 weeks just to prime my metabolism until I begin my bulk starting November 19th. Btw I’m currently at 1600 calories daily right now. 194p, 120c, 30f
1600 is wild, good dedication bro.
I feel like I’m starving already at 2400. I’m 235lbs, but still, not sure I could handle sub-2000 calories
GLP's are one hell of a drug lol, I tapered my reta from starting at 1mg up to 9mg per week. I took my last shot of Reta on September 21st. This way I can get my digestion back to normal, and my body con process the extra carbs I'm gonna intake on the 6th and 7th. I'm hoping with dropping the Reta and the glucagon nearly fully out of my system, when I do the refeed to fill back out that its not hindering my physique and I can look the best I possibly can before my cruise phase begins. I hear Glucagon makes you look more flat, hoping to completely eliminate that, this way I can possibly get even better photos.
Those abs popping thru has to be the best feeling. Can't wait to be there! Look good bro.
Dude so good, and the vascularity is awesome love seeing veins running over other veins in a crossroad lol
Hard work fucking pays off. Hell of a job!
Thanks brother man!
Great work ! Nice progress!
Solid work!!
Thanks buddy!!
Wow holy shit man this is great progress, now you’ve got me heavily debating the tren!
I’ve definitely been tempted to push my cuts longer but if you’re happy here, I’d keep it. I don’t think anyone here would shame you for where you’re at. Once again, well done man!
Thanks bro, yeah I think 8 weeks of Tren and Clen is enough, I’m looking forward to stepping down to just TRT and a tad bit more carbs for the next 6 weeks for my cruise.
Yeah that’s a great plan. How’d you do with the tren and clen together? I haven’t taken either yet, I imagine the body heat would be insane lmao
Surprisingly while walking around normally throughout the day I was completely fine, I only really sweated during night time when I was sleeping. I'm also just not a really hot blooded guy who sweats a lot naturally anyways.
Looking incredible bro
Thanks bro!
Damn bro! Outstanding work and dedication. I myself have come along way from the ole fat boy stage. Keep it up you should be proud of yourself. The dieting is the hardest part of this journey and if you can push a little further I don’t see any negatives to that other than some solid gains for you.
