It makes me wonder about cruise length and T level targets on TRT between cycles. On the one hand, there is some process that indicates that time between cycles is valuable, as the general experience is that there is a diminishing return to cycle length, but clearly it isn't AR mediated. There is also the need to realign the HPG axis, which makes cycle length a consideration. But if one is on lifetime TRT, what is the appropriate/ optimal cruise length.
