Protect yourself from the NSA
Alright, I love my freedom and privacy and it is my God given American right to have it and protect it. As I'm sure you have heard in the days gone bye how the NSA has invaded our privacy by spying on what we google and the websites we visit by storing the emails we write or receive. Its sad that the American people have come to the point where they have to protect themselves from the government spying on them and there web browser while tracking them online. But there is a way to protect yourself from even the NSA it's called "Startpage". Basically its a search engine that does not monitor, record nor report your online activity to the government. You say how can this be, well the group that created STARTPAGE do not work in the USA so they are not liable to the NSA or the NDAA. So after intalling there search engine you can browse the web and visit sites without the NSA Knowing it. The only downside is that it's slow and you can't "Log in" and play videos cause most websites want you to share your IP address before you can use them. They are also starting up a email server that works the same way too. Thought I would share this with my eroid brothers and sisters. Check out the links below for more details.

We don't know the half of what goes on. I got a hold of a book a few years ago called "Behold a Pale Horse" written by Bill Cooper. He was the head of the Navy Intellengce agency and exposed a lot what the government was doing before he left, even the NSA and this was during the late eighties. One of the things he said was that the government is atleast 50 years ahead of us and if we know about it then they have got something that will dwarf it 50 times. Compared to the powers that be, we may not as powerful as they but that doesn't mean we can't take precautions. I'll take what I can get if it will help. If we really wanted to talk about absolute privacy, why not just throw the computer in the trash and do away with the internet, then move to the artic. I don't know about others but I refuse to live my life like a ghost because of the illuminati or what other name you want to put to it but that doesn't mean that we can't be smart about the things we do. As Mike1982 said below.."you can't hide but you can stay under the radar" and thats about all we can do and we should use it to our advantage exspecially in the game we play. If for any reason i use startpage for example it just to piss them off. Startpage isn't perfect be it can be a helpful tool
Mike1982Awesome post brother. But...the simple fact is you can't hide, but stay under the radar. If they want you they will find you. All we can do is not be a direct threat to the government and stay low key. Believe me if you know it, they know it. They don't report, but the NSA (now homeland security) will take what they want. The patriot act stripped all of us of every freedom afforded to us. So what we can do is just buy and talk about our AAS and just don't bother anyone. If you're not a threat they don't care. When i think about what I've seen and what this government is capable of, all I hear is......ready or not ...here I come...u cant hide....gonna fiiiind you!!!! Lol yall know the song! and they dont take it slowly, they strike fast and they strike hard.
AnonExactly, Ive been saying that forever . Fact is if you are using your smart phone then theres no point in complaining or trying to hide, because youve already been found. Use a credit card ? Youve been located and tracked.

Mike1982God damn brother. My sole use of this site is on my smartphone. But!!! The only reason I do that is because I could care less who comes after me. I've been tortured in almost every sense of the word and I hold true to the honor of old. One of my back teeth is hollow and we won't elaborate anymore on that, so if you think for a second you will get information out of me in any capacity you are sadly mistaken. I will end my life before you think ill be a fuckin snitch. I can't even say some of the things I've endured because it will pinpoint who I am. If you think for a nanosecond the government doesn't see this site everyday then I don't know what to tell you. They allow us to do what we do because we aren't a national security threat. Like you said, they have much bigger fish to fry. If they can find Osama a mile from the pakistani capital then why in the god damn hell do you not think they can find your ass in des Moines Iowa? People can't even begin to understand what this government does, not even the penis tip of the metaphorical iceburg. Security and privacy are no longer a reality but just buzz words to make us feel better. I won't even begin to mention the names and details of certain satellites I've seen launched. Just keep to ourselves and we will be ok. PERIOD!!!

all my life I spoke and acted without fear of the government. Today I realize the shockingly subtle effects of the NSA and corporate data mining...
Even if my information is not being directly monitored; has risen no red flags. I found that I act in a paranoid fashion. That paranoia has stripped me of my sense of freedom. I can't imagine how detrimental this could be if an entire generation grows up knowing nothing but this "paranoia". Something that can be far worse than Hoover's hunt for communists.
My paranoid episode: In another thread, "where do you hide your gear", I was going to search for, "coordinates" + "white house" but got worried that it would send a flag that I could be plotting to attack the white house. Then, my data might start to be scrutinized, actively analyzed... so I changed the location to fort knox instead.
Mike1982Very very very intelligent brother. All the way around except one thing. Fort Knox is almost just as bad. That's the monetary foothold. Two steps under searching coordinates and white house. And one step under searching coordinates and pentagon. To be honest maybe even three below coordinates and Langley. So please my friend, don't even search the names coordinates and mall of america. If you think the reference in a phone call in a movie and the words blackbriar are a joke or just a cinema ploy then you don't know the half of it. One trigger word will employ a trigger pull. So don't think the ip address my smartphone gives off is an indication of where I'm located. My momma aint raised no fool :))))))
I doubt Fort Knox is much of a "monetary foothold" considering we've been off of the gold standard since 1971... If the gold is even still there.
Although a top notch, secure, military base, the legend of Fort Knox and its gold will live on like Alcatraz does in our american folk lore.
