08 Harley Nightrod special
I ride a 2012 Kawasaki ZX14. 1441cc's, 192 horsepower. When I am on this bike I feel like I own the road. Nothing can touch it. The world's finest motorcycle. You have to be a skilled rider to ride something like this, otherwise death comes very quickly.
lol its definitely a fast bike, fastest 1/4mile production bike ever made have to disagree with needing to be a skilled rider tho lol i sold my 2010 busa to buy my s1000rr. the thing about new thou's busas and zx14s are that they are all so simple to ride, incredibly smooth motors, all have great brakes and are easy to handle. my 190hp s1000rr is 10 times easier to ride than my 65hp
this is a good youtube vid,

UFOYoud get me in the straights, but I got you in the turns:)
What kind of bike do you have? I used to have a Suzuki Hayabusa and a Honda CBR1100XX before that. I like the big CC sport bikes. I will stand by my statement that you have to be a skilled rider to ride these big CC sport bikes at speed. I always wear a helmet and a leather jacket whenever possible. When I lived in Daytona the busa club would meet at the speedway and we would go for rides out through the Ocala nat. forest. We seldom got below 100mph. We blew by a group of harleys at 150 mph. Most of the guys had radar detectors, including me. We never got a ticket. One year 2 guys showed up with turbos on their busas. 230 hp at low boost and 300 at high boost. They would walk away from the rest of us. I buried the speedo once at 185mph trying to catch up to them. That was the fastest I had ever been on a motorcycle. The ZX-14 is a much better bike than the busa. Busa had noticeable vibration starting at 5000 rpm. ZX-14 engine is turbine smooth. It was a heavy handling bike compared to the ZX-14. Brakes are much stronger on the ZX-14 compared to the busa.
In the ZX-14 road test they snapped open the throttle at 70 mph in 4th gear and got to 100 in 1 second. I haven't been able to duplicate that but I weight 220 lbs. They probably had a 130 lb. Japanese rider in that test.
UFOYea Ive actually always prefered the smaller-mid sized bikes due to the fact that I have lots of twistys around my way and you just cant lean a busa or zx14 the way you can a 1000 or 600. I have a zx6r but what I usually ride is my 06 cbr1000. I have actually pinged off my 6th gear rev limiter and my speedo read 186. Stock sprockets so I imagine that was close to a true speed reading. The turbo busa are just fucking nuts. I dont think I'll ever feel the need to go over 1000cc class lol. But then again I also like to wheelie my bike allll day and a busa is not the best choice for that either.
busa's can wheely... look.. altho this bikes turbo'd.. lol vids very old, this particular bikes pretty famous, was called sk2, bike just had massive amounts of money thrown at it, around 2002 it was the fastest street legal bike in the us owned by an old mate of mine rob. till one day he realised he threw too much money away on it and parted it out never to be seen again :(

awesome, im 25 and been riding bikes for 13-14 years, saved up when i was 12 to get my own dirt bike, do alot of track days on my aprilia rs 250 racebike and have a 2010 bmw s1000rr for the road, just put a deposit down last month for a new mv agusta f3 675 which will be available start of june :), i started my own carbon fibre motorbike accessory shop here in aus 3 years ago, we only sell parts for recent model bikes and its going along pretty well for a 2 person business. only downside to taking gear is bikes hate the extra weight lol . im more comfortable and feel safer riding a bike than i do in a car.. weird hey. but fun,
BigSweazI ride a 2002 Harley Road King. Got it about a year ago and it is soooo fucking clean. Guy i bought it from only put 7,000 miles on it in 10 years so it was practically brand new. Never been in an accident (knock on wood). But my cousin just layed his Road King down after a car pulled out in front of him. Got some pretty bad road rash and was hospitalized for a day, luckily no head injuries though. He cant wait to get his insurance money, get a new bike, and get back out there. I say face your fear bro, if anything the close call will make you a better rider.
TxBigBoyLol it's cool, I left off a period so it worked out good
TxBigBoyLol was That period for me?
TxBigBoyHad a CBR 1000 about 4 years ago, loved that thing so much. Went down on the highway at 80mph in a flash flood storm that came out of nowhere. So much water on the ground I slid for a quarter mile into a guard rail with no leathers on just a helmet. Walked away with my bike missing the right blinker, mirror, and a bent brake. Only pinched a nerve in my elbow from the initial fall. Sold the bike a month later and haven't been on one since lol. To this day I'm scared to even drive my car in heavy rain. I do think I'll own one again eventually
Got a gsxr1000 with a power commander/exhaust/k&n filter. Love it. Been riding for 13 years. Had a few crashes but I love it like a drug and can't give up:)
I ride a custom 05 Kawasaki ZX-6R...it's my baby!
u know the 05 and 06 zx6 still have the highest top speed out of any 600, they are the first and only 600 to be able to do 170mph standard cos they have a bigger front fairing making it more aerodynamic, always been my favorite 600 till the new mv agusta f3 675 came out this year
UFOGot a 06 CBR1000 and 06 ZX6r. Dont know what Id do without them..it becomes a lifestyle. I went down a few years ago going 95 in some twistys due to some cheap ass tires and wet road, bike hit the gaurdrail and split in 2, I slid down the middle of the road with just a little rash. Its been a sloow process of getting my balls back in the turns, but I never lost my passion or riding, never even stopped a week.
DCinSocalOne of my buddies just got rear ended while barely entering the freeway and now the right side of his body isn't functioning properly..

Always said the same thing about HD bro but once I got mine, it was all the same. Riding is riding. I actually had more fun on my yamaha varago 750 then any other bike I had owned.
Harley road king for trips, and fatboy on the weekends for waking up the neighbors after last call.
You crotch rocket guys kill me ( With all due respect to fellow riders ). Actually say a guy stand his ninja up out of a toll and hold it for 1.5 miles. Crazy I'll tell ya' :-)
Honda 250f and 450. can ride the 250f all day long but that 450 pulls my arms off. probably cause i get so much arm pump!!!
2002 Honda Night Hawk 750..Loven it.Just rode it to the gym.
