Well guys I had a road rage incident. This girl pulled out in front if me and I had a close call. Not a. It deal. I had enough time to miss her. Well she tailgated me for a mile or two to a red light. Then she was yelling at me calling me a cracker so o told her fuck you bitch. Well for 11 minutes she followed me and I pulled off down this dead end street then turned around and thought I lost her. Well she passes me going the other way and pulls an illegal U Turn. She chases my car for 11 minutes and 39 seconds u til I pull into this marine recruiting base by my hometown. I get out of the car ON CAMERA and say fuck it let’s go. She pulls off. Well she went to the police and lied and told them I pulled a gun on her. This cop went o my parents house because they don’t have my address. They pulled guns out. This cop wanted me to come to make a statement but what he really wanted was to arrest me. I went to my lawyer and gave him the flash card for my dash camera showing there was no gun involved and how she chased my car. Lawyer sent the dash camera footage to the DA. Cop was pissed that I had dash cam footage. Which I thought was really fucked uo. Why would he want to send an innocent man to jail? Anyway looks like there will be no warrant. She could have got me to lose my freedom. My son and his mom would be homeless because I pay for everything. Would have lost my gf I would have lost my car and house and I pay for my kids moms car. And phone and rent. It’s what I do for child support. This is the third time some fuckkng nasty bitch lied and said I pulled a weapon on her. Third Time I had evidence of my innocence. Guys GET A DASH CAM. There is an epidemic of women lying!!!!! The most fucked yo this is that if I went to the cop he would have thrown me in jail and I wouldn’t have been able to prove that I’m innocent until trial a year or so from now. The cop wanted was making threats of warrants and jail if I didn’t come down. He wanted me in jail and he LNEW that I had dash cam footage he KNEW she was lying. Fortunately this lawyer I use is a really great guy. I like him a lot. He actually cares about people. Guys protect yourselves!!!!!

Bill I'm glad it seems to be working out for you but I haven't read the update. Man look I know of a few cases where someone got out of their car in a situation like this but they never got back in their care, if you know where I'm going with this. You were heated I get it but man ya just never know. Folks don't put up the dukes nowadays. Getting worse by the day

Bill1976's picture

Funny thing is she never mentioned when I actually got out of the car. She said I pulled the gun on her at this intersection and I took off. She chased me 6 miles away from the spot she accused me of pulling the gun in her to this military base. She probably knows that place is filled with cameras. Said I called her the N word. But I have audio too. All you hear me say is. Fuck you bitch. That’s it but you hear her say several times throughout the video calling me cracker and bitch saying she’s going to shoot me and that her bf is a sheriff. The video is soooooooo devastating to her. To the point the DA and judge let me out of jail on the spot. Was pissed that the police arrested me in the first place

Bill1976's picture

She is being charged is what I heard but I don’t know if that actually happened. So my honest answer is I don’t know for 100% sure. I’m trying to find out but it’s Sunday. I’ll update as soon as I know

DeeMan's picture

Damn this shit is movie like seriously. If I didn't take this seriously I'd think it was a scene from a movie, wow. Man that chick was either on the rag or on alot of male hormones...or she was just one of many crazy ass women. I just was thinking about your safety in this situation but man this is all messed up. On top of that she knows the sheriff so that explains her cockiness. In any other time somewhere else she'd be held accountable for filing a false police report. Gotta make examples out of situations like this.

Bill1976's picture

She was drunk. You can see her throwing Budweiser cans at my car twice.

DeeMan's picture

Bro this is getting nasty. I believe ya

wanted's picture

Cops dont want to investigate ANYTHING anymore,
First person to tattle tale is write everyone else wrong
Great thing is to have that dash cam thats why its great to drive a tesla

Bill1976's picture

Update. Well the officer went over the DAs head and got a warrant for my arrest. Guess he didn’t like that he wasn’t going to pursue charges. . Went to jail for two days and was released. Come to find out she IS dating a police officer. Didn’t help that when the cop called and said he will come to my house and hunt me like a dog that I said I’d go to his house too and told him where he lived. Woman was charged for filing false instrument. Got me fired from my job but the DA gave my attorney a paper to bring to work and instantly got my job back. I had to redo the physical and drug test but I’m working again. Released with no bail and Friday all charges dismissed. Now I walk around with a body camera all day.

Don't fight the law. Stay out of their way and fall off the radar. Its going to end badly for you man.

Already done. Lawsuit is going through. These things can take years though but I can wait. I make decent money.

Drexyl's picture

I agree 100%, but he’s gotta get this one put to bed. That rouge cop can fuck with him for as long as he wants if Bill isn’t proactive. Again, Feds eat this shit up.

https://youtu.be/3C4qbIOhLgw?si=8Oa59_LiP78hIKkH

It’s a long video, but very interesting. A lot of these smaller depts and sheriffs are corrupt, fuck em.

NWApatches's picture

Man I know it feels like we're Martyrs or patriots to stand up to the "bullshit" but it will only be worse, more than likely. Myself I'd just go get big as a barn in the gym the next 6 months and make that cop insecure.

Bill1976's picture

Yeah he already threatened me. I work an hour away and moving out of the county. I wasn’t going to go to jail for his gfs lies about now that she is in trouble it’s going to go bad for me if I stay here

Drexyl's picture

Take this as good advice, unfortunately it will make a difference if it was local PD as opposed to your state police. It’s a big step to make, State Police are typically professional so I have a feeling this local PD, but you NEED to make a visit to your closest FBI office and make a report. You will experience some retaliation, but in the end you’ll be much better off and more than likely get a settlement check for your rights being violated. The Feds are pros and take this kind of shit very seriously.

Bill1976's picture

Me and my attorney are working on That now. These guys made serious threats to my son and kids mom and the rest of my friends and family. They didn’t want that dash cam footage out. I did call the troopers but they said to make a complaint to their internal affairs. Tried that already and that’s why they went over the DAs head to get that warrant. Didnt help that when the officer called me and made threats I made them back. But wtf. That shit they did was wrong. I’m moving two counties away. I want to stay away from them for a while. The judge and district attorney were really fair about this. They were about justice so I too my hat to them guys. My lawyer is great through all of this too. This was the sheriffs office not the state police.
This woman said I tried to pull her door open and put a gun to her kids head and put it to her head and called her the N word and threatened to shoot them both. Story was outrageous!!! My dash camera shows that she was the aggressor and there was no gun. No threats. Shows this was a complete made up story. Where she said I did this shows her throwing a beer can at my car and my hands on the steering wheel and all I said was fuck you bitch. Thats it. Crazy. But I’m free and everything is ok

giardap's picture

The world has gone fucking mad Bill.
Glad ur OK man.

Have you any recourse against the filth?

Bill1976's picture

Yes I do. Even the DA said they sent the dismissal paperwork to my boss to get my job back. Filed a federal lawsuit Friday. I was hired back already. But I had two weeks with no work

Blck_panda's picture

Sweet man, you just reminded me I need to install my backward camera. I have the front facing only at the moment.

Bill1976's picture

Definitely do. Cameras have saved me multiple times so far. People get mad at you for something small and want to end your life

Blck_panda's picture

Not going to lie, it helps a lot when i drive into Mexico. I always say it sends the recording to my app lol

UncleYoked's picture

Time to flip those charges, regardless they couldn't do anything anyways, even without your camera it was hearsay but yeah don't trust these hoes or the police. I used to be a staunch supporter of law enforcement but things have changed, it's no longer protect and serve, it's self service and flexing power.

Bill1976's picture

Where I live they can prosecute you with just somebody’s word. They encourage this. They will set a bail on you so you can’t make it then say you can okead guilty and make it out of jail today or go to trial and it will take 8 months to a year

Drexyl's picture

There’s an app called mobile justice, as soon as the app is closed, you stop recording, the phone is turned off, whatever… it sends the recording to the ACLU. They don’t do anything unless you follow up, but it’s piece of mind that your evidence can’t be destroyed or erased. Remember, it’s been ruled many times in the supreme courts that police have zero constitutional duty to protect you, your personal safety is your responsibility. And there’s some very overzealous cops out there these days, no one wants the job so they’ve had to lower hiring standards, and with the push for DEI, the whole system is a mess. I’m fucking lucky to live where I do, we have great police departments. There’s one big one that needs improvement, but that goes back to their hiring practices, but yeah, I’m lucky.

UncleYoked's picture

jesus wtf is happening to this country man.
I was once hit in the back of the head with a beer bottle from a car window while walking, completely random. I got the bottle, the plates, description of the vehicle etc and when the cops came, they said they went to the house and it was parked and the owner of the car (likely a mom of some kids) said the car hasn't left all day, so they couldn't do anything since it was my word vs theres. Refused to take prints from the bottle since it could have just been laying on the ground when I found it...
I've never had a positive interaction with regular police.

DeeMan's picture

Damn ya got hit in the back of your head with a beer bottle. That had to hurt. Explains why you act the way you act lol. ( Joke)

Drexyl's picture

There’s no situation that the police can’t make worse. A huge problem is our bought off politicians. Take bad cops (there are many) out of it, the good cops and even the judges hands are tied because of our lawmakers pushing personal or paid for agendas. This great country is one more significant event away from chaos.

Bill1976's picture

I actually liked the police until this. They laughed after pointing guns at my grandma. Nobody said hey wtf are you guys doing. No apologies and all threats. I filed a complaint to internal affairs but nothing happened. They should at the very least have their guns taken away and never be able to carry again like they would do to anybody else.

Bill1976's picture

Update… waiting now to see if the DA will press charges for her false reporting. Dash camera cleared me all ALL charges. No threats were made by me no swinging no gun. All you hear in video is her threatening me and throwing garbage at my car for 11 minutes and 39 seconds. Works really good when I know there is a camera recording everything and she doesn’t . Makes you behave because you know your on camera lol. But her. Illegal UTurn false reporting reckless driving reckless endangerment and harassment. That’s some they can charge her with. I hope they pursue charges. If they don’t I will have no faith in the courts anymore.

Drask88's picture

I’ve had a dash cam since I got my newest car, and haven’t needed it, but it was like a hundred bucks and is totally worth the insurance.

Stories like these are why I got one. Shit like that will literally ruin your life. No fuckin’ clue why that cop was such a fucking asshole. Jealous of you maybe, probably has an absolute shit life and only feels good about himself when he sees others fall. What a trash human being.

Sorry that happened to you man, but it must have been so sweet to get justice.

Jaxattax86's picture

Damn dude that’s crazy. Cops aren’t your friend lol and they love to arrest people for dumb shit so they can look all big and bad. It’s bullshit.

On a side note, I have another CRAZY story involving a dash cam.

About 1.5 years ago, I was driving down a road that happened to not have any street lights in the section I was driving. It was almost midnight, so real dark out. I’m driving along, cruise control at 40 mph and all of a sudden…BOOM! And I see a guy go flying over the hood of my car and get thrown about 20 feet to the other side of the road. The guy was at a bar that was about a quarter mile up the road, him and his wife were drinking and got into an argument. He punched her in the face, at which point they were kicked out and the restaurant called the cops. They tried to make them wait for the cops to come, but the wife left and kicked the guy out of the car. At one point, he was lying down in the middle of a somewhat major road (50 mph speed limit, 4 lanes with a big grass median). They thought he then walked to a gas station close by, but instead he made his way down the street where I was driving. The guy was trying to commit suicide. After he walked into my car, I turned around and was lucky that another car that was driving towards me happened to see the whole thing and also stopped. I didn’t know if the guy was dead or alive, he was lying on his side, facing the curb and not moving. Apparently he first tried to fight the guys who stopped before I got back because I had to turn around. They got him to lie down, and then all of a sudden after close to 10 minutes he jumps up and starts taking off down the road, leaving his wallet and one shoe behind that got knocked off when he went flying. He got almost a 1/4 mile before the cops were able to stop him. He was so drunk the cops couldn’t even get a statement from him and he even asked the cops to run him over. I literally just installed a dash cam in that car 2 weeks prior. When I told the cops I had one, they were extremely happy and said everyone should have one. When I was able to get the recording on my phone, I showed it to the first cop and he goes “HOLY SHIT!!! SARGE, I GOT THE VIDEO! COME SEE THIS!” I was able to prove from the dash cam that I wasn’t speeding (my dash cam shows the speed on the video), not on my phone because you could see the reflection of my phone on the windshield because it was on my mount, and that I 100% could NOT see him. You hear me on the dash cam after he hit me go “What the fuck was that?” It made the whole investigation go so much quicker.

The mother fucker did over $10,000 worth of damage to my car. My fucking insurance dropped us after the incident. So not only did I have to pay my deductible to get my car fixed, we also now have to pay more for insurance. Fucking piece of shit. If you wanna end your life, do so in a manner that it doesn’t affect some innocent person.

Shit really fucked with my head. I still get some PTSD when I have to drive by people. I can only imagine how much worse it could have been for me if I didn’t have the cam to prove everything, especially if he died and I didn’t have the cam. Sure I had witnesses, but they could’ve made me do blood work to see if I was under the influence, which I would’ve came back for weed and some prescriptions I’m on and we all know cops can be jerk offs, so they easily could’ve said “I was under the influence” as well as they could’ve taken my car and inspected it to see if anything was malfunctioning, because they did have a hold on my car and the police had to release it before I could get it towed to the shop.

Definitely get a dash cam, even if it’s a cheap one. They’re worth it.

I also have the videos if anyone wants to see them. Lol

A girl i went to school with decided she didn't want to live anymore after a fight with her bf. She decided the best way to do that was to run out into a major 3 lane highway just as a semi was going by at 65 mph. If you've ever seen what happens to a dear when they run in front of an 18 wheeler on the highway it isn't pretty. They basically explode and pieces go everywhere. Sure committing suicide is a selfish act in itself. But fuck people who are so selfish that they force others to help them do it without their permission. That trucker is probably scarred for life when he didn't do anything wrong.

press1's picture

Imagine what a lot of Subway Train drivers have seen also. How on earth would you know when someone is about to jump off the platform?

Black90tsi's picture

Or even worse. When someone gets pushed in front of your oncoming train. There were a few of those in NYC over the last couple years with all those criminals they refuse to keep in prison while they await their trials.

press1's picture

That was an enjoyable morning story buddy!! LMAO I know EXACTLY what you mean about PTSD and flash backs of incidents haunting you from then onwards - at the start of the summer I was driving along at about 55mpg on a 60 country road on a nice summers evening singing along to my music. I notice on a side junction this silver Merc being driven by a woman was not coming to a full stop where she was supposed to stop and give way to traffic on my road. It just kept creeping forward as we were coming to meet and I am thinking is she going to stop or what? Then just as near as dammit I am about to go past her about 5 metres before we cross the Stupid Fuckin Bitch decides to pull out into my path - literally in what must of been hundredths of a second I jerk the wheel to the right screaming FUUUUCCKKK as I am just waiting for her to make contact with the passenger side of my car, at least the rear quarter anyway as I go past - Unbelievably she didn't and I still do not know how we just missed each other. I look in my rear view and she has stalled in the middle of the road in shock, all the traffic piled up at the side of her. I drove home shaking with Adrenaline after that not even wanting to get in my car the next day. Now, every single time I am on that road and I see traffic waiting to pull out its stuck in the back of my mind 'is this Bastard gonna pull out?!!'

Mulled it over in my mind many times after that as to why she did what she did and have never come up with any answers to it. Suicide attempt, arguing with a partner in the car?? Who knows.

I did however get so wound up over it I decided to go try and find where she lived and was going to knock on her door and tell her who I was and ask her, drove up and down that road looking in all the driveways for a silver convertible Merc but never found it.

Bill1976's picture

Nope. All three times it was a lie. Thats why all three times I was either never charged or charges were dismissed. This is why I have cameras at my house and car. They have saved me three times. And one of those times it was a guy. He lived next door and his wife fucked everybody. I didn’t even know the woman. I never even talked to her. He came wanting to fight because he thought I was of the guy fucking his wife. I said let’s go so his pride was hurt and told the cops I pulled a knife on him.
Second time the story is already in here if you look for it. That time I DID pull a weapon but it was her and several friends that were came into my house to beat up my girlfriend because she called the landlord because of the giant loud party going on at 2 AM. When court came my charges were dismissed. But no charges for her and her friends for forcing their way into my house. That girl was a cop too. Again camera saved me. This time is the third time. Yes it is possible to be accused three times of pulling a weapon. It’s very very common in the county I was in. I think the police are coaching people to make charges up.

Jaxattax86's picture

Also, I as well don’t understand why the lawyer sent anything to the prosecutor if charges weren’t filed against him. Especially if he got out of the car on camera, that may (I don’t know for sure, not a lawyer lol) be enough to be considered a threat and could result in charges. If he wasn’t being charged with anything, then he 100% shouldn’t have sent that video to them. Prosecutors ARE NOT your friend. Their job is literally to charge and convict you of a crime. Why give them something that could potentially help them?

Owes a Review × 2 In a promo × 2
Bill1976's picture

Oh there were charges. Just no warrant. Police do t need a warrant to arrest you. They can see you shoot somebody and take you to jail. They don’t need to get a warrant first. But it worked the lawyer sent the video to the DA and he declined to charge me. The video is great for me. You hear her swearing and see her throwing stuff at my car for miles. I tried to lose her twice. Man I wish I could post this video on here.

Jaxattax86's picture

I can say one thing…yeah it’s supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but cops definitely don’t always work like that, especially if they’re dicks lol. If they really wanted to be a dick, they could’ve arrested and charged him and then have to go to court to fight it. Shits stupid.

I agree with you about the road rage shit…it’s not worth it. You have NO IDEA who the other person is or what they’re capable of. They could be having the worst day of their life and just say “fuck it” and end your life. It has happened before. I’ve seen plenty of road rage videos that ended badly that could’ve been avoided if you just keep it moving.

They really wanted to. He was looking for me everywhere. He was so pissed that he couldn’t find me before I got to the Lawyer and the DA. He knew I was innocent he wanted me in jail. I hate police’s this guy pulled a a gun in my 85 year old grandmas face with his buddies and we’re laughing about it. My grandma has a pacemaker

Interesting since the DA has your dash cam, they don't go after her for filing False Report. Get her sworn statement locked in, show her the dash cam and take her lying ass to jail. Especially since they used the man power to "visit" your parents house and waste the time from her BS story.

Black90tsi's picture

That's really not an uncommon thing in the US. As far as i'm concerned if you file a false report and it can be proven you should be given the same amount of time that the max sentence would've gotten the person you falsely accused. Shit would change real quick after a couple dozen people went to prison for a few years to a few decades for lying about someone committing a crime.

But! But! What about those innocent people who mistakenly identify the wrong person!?!?

I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about the woman who knowingly lies about a man assaulting her or something and it can be proven she lied. Like her phone data shows she wasn't even in the area or security footage that shows the event in question never happened. They need to be able to prove that someone knowingly lied.

Jaxattax86's picture

Was thinking the same thing. She should 100% be charged for filing a false police report. He should also see if there is anything he can do to her, possibly sue her or something for her false accusations and make her pay all the expenses he had to pay and then some.
