Hey guys,

As someone who's newer to this. Is there any special precautions to follow or things to avoid when it comes to receiving product during the winter in a cold climate?

I'm assuming a higher likelihood of oils crashing?

I hadn't really thought about it, shouldn't be any different than normal. I'm assuming my trt clinic will be shipping in the winter and it's not like they're gonna throw a hot pack in there.

Should probably avoid water based anything?

Sorry this might be a little rambley but wasn't really sure how to ask the question.
