Buffalo Sub
ad
hey guys thought I'd post a little recipe I love to make. Take a crockpot and line the bottom with skinless boneless chicken breast. then fill above the chicken with Franks red hot sauce, turn on HIGH for 3 hours. Take the chicken out and it will literately shred right apart with a fork. Shred it up and put some on a nice kaiser roll or meatball sub roll, add cheese, banana ring peppers and a little blue cheese and lettuce, of course add other stuff if you'd like. Its to die for. Would make a great post workout meal with the protein from the chicken and cheese and the high glycemic index of the white bread. YUM

Man that sounds good. Too bad I'm on a low sodium diet. :(
wud taste rediculous, I think franks is yummy like my fav, but grrl roasted me on sodium... big deal really? but grrrl said so cause I am way pretentious about any water weight I cud carry. I am all about being perfectly slender, If ur goals are to be be just huge, water weight wont hurt ya
Sounds good ,iv never tried blue cheese :-) must give it a try !!
Isn't Franks loaded with sodium?
TropicanaJuiceYes, not all a bad thing unless your trying to contest prep
Yeah...I put some spices on my meat EVERYDAY...so it's probably about the same thing. I just try to limit the salt as much as possible. I just remember someone making a big hub-bub about all the sodium in hot sauce. I like Cholula myself, she's a sexy beast, lol!!
