Precycle Blood Work
Im planning on starting my first cycle of Test E for 12 weeks starting Feb 15 so I decided to get bloodwork and do it the right way!!! I had gyno surgery on January 2, before I knew I was getting the surgery I ran Purchase Peptides' Letro and then took aromasin for 3 weeks to try and reduce the gyno because I wasn't sure my insuracne would pick up the surgery. I ran the aromasin at 25 mg ED for a week, 12.5 mg for a week, then 6.25 mg Ed for a week. My bloodwork was 3 days after my last dose of aromasin at 6.25. I know the Letro was legit because it completely shut down my sex drive, I was very irritable, joints hurt, etc. As far as the aromasin the same effects and blood works proves the aromasin is legit, and made sure there was no rebound from the Letro

Drop some of the fattier meats, pick up more avocados and flax, and you'll be golden.
Wow your cholesterol levels are REALLY out of whack. Thats what LDL looks like WHILE you are taking oral steroids.
I suggest you check again after cycle, but maybe make some diet changes or something. What is you BF at?
UPnSMOKEThat's what I saw too. Could just be the Letro effecting his cholesterol. That's a known side effect but previous cycle dosages, diet and bf and genetic predisposition also could be a factor.
I'd address the cholesterol issues before going back on cycle
The best way to lower LDL in my opinion other than drugs is to make diet changes. Cut out the simple carbs such as cookies, pasta, white bread, cake, rice. Replace these with foods like fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Almonds, peanut butter, fish, etc are all good sources of healthy fats.
Diet changes and possibly more cardio should be tried for a while. You need to make it a lifestyle change or you can end up with problems and you may end up on lipitor.
Either way I hope you get it sorted out bro.
TropicanaJuiceI appreciate the help man, really I do. I honestly think that it was caused by the letro, however to be on the safe side, im going to include some healthy foods and fiber such as bananas, Which also helps to keep my water retention down when carbing up due to the sodium-potassium pump, also walnuts and fish. gonna throw in some good amount of cardio, and cut down on the saturated fat. Im wondering if the fact that I went no carb for 7 days had anything to do to it, I ate basically lean ground beef and turkey sausage? It was done for my preperation phase for carb backloading. It would make sense, saturated fats were very high and fiber was nil.
Ok glad you are gonna make some changes. I'm just looking out bro maybe not now but 10 years from now if you kept the same diet you could be running into problems.
Yea banana is good just keep adding more fruits and veggies and like you said reduce the simple carbs.
Also 400g carbs is way too much to refill glycogen stores after a workout. Reduce to 100 or 150 that should be good.
TropicanaJuiceThanks brother and I'm Following John keifers carb backloading diet, 300-400 high GI carbs post workout is my limit without spillover effect. Very interesting and awesome diet you should look it up. But I will be cutting down on saturated fats, increasing fiber and increasing cardio, however I really think the majority of the damage was the letro or my 7 days prior to bloods with a very high saturated fats and little fiber diet
TropicanaJuiceYa I hear you, thanks brother except the simple carbs might be an issue. I carb backload so I take in about 300-400 grams of simple carbs to refill my glycogen levels, after my workout. Could switch to jasmine rice instead of a poptart and things like that.
Anonabsolutely! fiber-rich diet and cardio!
TropicanaJuiceWhen I got my bloods last year my cholesterol was In the ref range. I really think it was the letro and stane that threw them out of whack and I'm just about 14-15%
Ok yes its possible the letro messed it up, but it won't completely change your cholesterol, HDL, and LDL. Even if it did it would only be a few points. ALL of your levels are off. However the low HDL could be genetic, some people just have less HDL usually men.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything bro please don't take this in a negative way but I'm right at 15% right now and looking at your pic if you are 15 i must be 6%. Again don't take it negative I'm just saying you might wanna reevaluate running this cycle until you get the BF down. You are definitely in the 20's.
So I think with a little more cardio and some good diet changes, you can drop the fat relatively quick if you do it right. Good luck bud
TropicanaJuiceI understand and I really think Im going to delete that picture lol i carbed up really heavy the night before after a arm workout and was holding a lot of water, it make the definition look terrible but my arms were pretty plump, i am lean and have a fat caliper that said I was just at about 15 %
UPnSMOKEIt's most likely the Letro. Aromasin is milder on lipids than adex n Letro.
Anonalmost perfect. just be sure to run that AI starting week 3 on this next cycle, bro. and run your bloods again week 7. let's make sure you're in check. this will lay the ground work for you so that you can avoid gyno in the future because you will come to know your body a lil better.
TropicanaJuiceThanks brother, Im gonna front load the test E tho at 800 mg the first week.
