Thought you folks might like a little light hearted entertainment. Last week we took on another rescue dog, another Husky, a pal for the one we have. Mistreated dog that was taken out of appalling conditions, bit of a mess, overweight, matted fur to build a picture for you.

I spent hours grooming her and cutting matted fur out, but it was slow progress so on Tuesdsy I called in at a local dog groomers across the road to my gym to book her in. The lady who owned the place was quite flirtatious with me, made comments about the size of me and knew I owned the gym opposite. I took the new husky this afternoon to be washed, groomed etc and agreed to pick her up two hours later. Went over to the gym to kill time.

Collection time arrives, I walk across with my best mate, (an ex royal marine commando) to go collect her as he hasn't seen her yet. She brings my dog out, a husky with a GREAT BIG PINK BOW RIBBON tied to her collar. Then tells me how pretty she looks. My mate at which point is laughing hysterically seeing a 260lb bodybuilder with a dog with a pink bow on a lead. I then realised I had to walk her back to the car park back at the gym at rush hour.......
