Also 20mg is big dosage for second cycle if we talk about ladies. You can easy use same 10mg as on first cycle or if needed bump it till 15mg and for sure not more.
Some advise from me:
use your anavar 4 times per day, every 4 hours. if you plane to use 20mg and one pill have 10mg, eat 1/2 of tablet at one time.
Molinin302Hate to go there, but are you 100% its anavar?
I have never had that. I am not dis’n on your cycle but usually you want to take 30mg (at the lowest) to 50mg daily. It’s looking like you take only 20 mg a day. It could be do to the lower dose(IMO). But if your getting good results, then stick with it. I personally have never taken that low of a dose. Another thing could be the wide gap between your doses. I always took a couple pils in the morning, afternoon and then in the evening.
Are you taking anything else? I would suggest a test base. Test always ups my hunger.
Hope you get it resolved bro. Good luck
AnonLol we're in the ladies lounge here!
Ha!!!! My bad. Makes sense now! Ya don’t take that much var! Good looking out bro.
Did you get your liver values checked? I know my cousin was on Accutane for sever acne and his liver values went up and with that his appetite decreased severely. After I advised him on some liver support to take his appetite gradually came back when his liver values got closer to normal.
Molinin302thats when I know its time to back off the orals. I like dianabol i guess im lucky as far as BP, but i do get bloated a bit. Lisren to your body, it will let you know. After a few weeks, my stomach goes south, its time to bsck off snd ive probably safely reaped the benefits of the medication. Are you running anything alongside or just the oral? The difference is huge.
Just anavar, I do take liver support and multi vitamins
Molinin302I'm only comfortable giving advice for biological and physiological issues. I'm knowledgeable about the compounds somewhat, but frankly I can read your bloodwork and go from there. Not much more. Just be careful and if you post some lab results I'd be happy to give some advice. B.A. Nuclear medicine. (Sounds much more impressive than it is, I work in facilities now because the offer was better). Your very plain and simple question is rare, and concerning. Don't get yourself hurt.
I'm a nurse I've reviewed my recent labs and my ALT and AST levels are fine, this week my appetite is back up.
I've used some where it almost seemed to make me more hungry and others where I've felt stimmed up like being on caffeine and no appetite whatsoever. There are also just times where you don't realise how run down from training you are, you can be in an over trained state and have no desire to eat. Maybe just try the lower dose route again and see if it comes back for a while? Although not a big Var user myself, my general impression of the drug is that you are supposed to feel more that way anyway as it has slight fat burning properties and is generally used to cut not bulk.
AnonDefinitely some labs Anavar will kill your appetite. Some will keep you up a bit and sometimes people feel exhausted.
You can always drop the dose, I'm thinking 20mgs a day is a pretty decent amount for women.
Take a couple days off from working out. Use some TUDCA and drink plenty of water. I always feel better after resting up a couple days extra
Yes I do. I seem to get over it after the first 4 weeks or so. It was tuff for me to get over 4500 cal a day, which with my job and working out with cardio I need to do to maintain body weight. I was taking 50 mg split am and pm on the 6’s. I’m assuming you’re female, which shouldn’t make a difference, other than you’re smaller and a smaller dose would probably give you larger effects/side affects, and women’s Livers don’t function as optimally as males. Your liver could be stressed, are you tired? I’m assuming you’re smart enough to not be drinking anything.
I'm actually a nurse so my work load is heavy, I keep a watch on my labs and drink plenty of water. Not stressed and get rest. This is my 3rd week of my cycle and I find its up and down some days better than others.
AnonYou're a nurse and "not stressed" you must handle stress well! Managing stress is an important ability, stress kills!
Everyone deals with stress, im just saying that I don't have anything overly stressing going on in my life atm that would cause any stress on my body.
If your labs are good hopefully it will go away soon like it does for me.
