Alphamale500In my experience, the most beneficial supplements to improve your cholesterol values are plant sterols, Policosanol, Omega 3's/fish oil, CoQ10, Grape Seed extract, trans-Resveratrol, Garlic, Phosphatidylcholine and soluble fiber/beta-glucan. Also adding extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil to your diet may help increase hdl too.
Also, taking time-released niacin, which is a B vitamin, in the amount of 250-500mg daily can help you increase your hdl by 15-35%. And by taking the time-released version of niacin, you can avoid some of the bothering sides like facial flushing or itching.
I like to use a time-released high potency vitamin B complex tablet, and it also contains a high amount of vitamin B-6 which can help with prolactin sides when using any progestin compounds. Also, the biotin in this B complex is very good for your hair and skin. And with the other B vitamins in the B complex tablet, you can also obtain muliple other benefits.
Good info on the niacin I’ve never heard that before
Need to look in to your diet, I would add some more good fats in to your diet and would re-test in about 3-4 weeks again.
If you’re worried that it may increase fat percentage, you may have to drop some carbs a bit to get calories balance
Lots of Omega 3's, EFA;s Flax oil etc. Basically the good fats will raise good cholesterol. There is a new drug called Vascepa for this, but only if you were desperate. Try the natural remedies first!
Yes X2 the natural remedies firts always
I eat almonds walnuts avacados mostly for good fats.. Also fish like salmon
I eat a quarter cup of walnuts a day.
