I need this so bad! I'm in the middle of an ugly divorce, I'm about to be a single Dad and as hard as I try im turning into a fat fuck! Cortisol is through the roof with all the stress. I'm in! I know I can bulk up and lean out with some quality gains. I hope it starts soon.

No mate, you know the deal here. It's not a cake eating competition, lean muscle gains are the goal. If your BF increases a touch, so be it, it's all part of the game. Putting on 20lbs where 15 of it is made mainly from donuts won't be earning you any silverware.

That's an extremely valid point and well made ;)
For everyone's benefit, although I suspect most are already aware, at present I have some health issues that have resulted in a hold up to the EBC. BFG was made aware, the intention is that I will get the ball rolling once things are more clear for me.
Should that situation continue to drag on, I will discuss the situation with BFG for the good of the site and the competition.
