They picked good parents. The combination of GH and you-know-what helps too.

Well yea I was pumping 24ius gh a day for a blast when I was recomp for 3 months and the you know what. I was always tired because of the other stuff though. So I stopped.

If tou figure it out let me know. Its a struggle. I dont know if you've seen this post or heard of bloodflow restriction training but I've been giving it some thought. I am going to try it the day after tomorrow when I hit biceps next.

I guess I'm going to bulk and get as fat as fuck and pump arms every other day. They say when cycling you only need a 48 hour rest period between muscle groups.

Yea I recently changed up so Im on a 3 day rotation. Feeling pretty strong

Muscle protein synthesis is elevated up to a week long on steroids, so technically a steroid user requires less overall frequency than a natural trainee.

Familiar with greasing-the-groove training? Doing it with chin ups (palms facing you) might be a great way to develop the biceps over time. In fact, I'm gonna try it myself. Probably a better idea than adding in extra arm days.

I see a guy do that just add pull-ups to the routine.

No.

I've been competing for a few years now and lifting for 10. There's something else to having 24 inch guns than just that.
