ad

How many of you aspirate ? And as anyone ever got the gear in the veins ? If so what happened

Pumped_'s picture

There is no right or wrong with this question. Been asked before and its a 50/50 response every time.

Okay, since many are saying the chances of being stuck in a vein is minimal lets look at in another way - you have gone through a vein both sides which I have done many times and you are not 'in' a vein but sat in the area right next to it whilst it is bleeding and where the blood is pooling up. What happens when you again dump all that hormone (particularly tren and guaiacol) in the pool of blood? Yes you guessed it, it often still finds its way quickly into the bloodstream resulting in all the throat burning, coughing etc so if you aspirate you will then know you are in the danger zone and can pull out to find a safer place.

I can also garauntee that many people who are saying they don't aspirate are also not regularly shooting compounds based in Acetate and Guaiacol, more than likely just testosterone or TRT injections where the need to aspirate is much less.

Corfox's picture

I was wondering right if when blood goes into peoples needles when pulling back are they really vein or did they just go through it and that’s why blood is in needle when they pull back because a dr said on you tube you can’t actually inject in the vein the needle not the right size for it and he said that’s why he don’t aspirate on people and he told people the is no need aspirate and if injecting testosterone into veins by accidentally was super dangerous I’m sure drs would still aspirate knowing the is still that chance someone could die .the is auto injections that pull the plunger down for you as well were you can’t aspirate at all wouldn’t that come with a warning too if it was all dangerous not to aspirate

press1's picture

If you don't mind the feeling of Trenbolone Acetate or Guaiacol going into the Bloodstream - then Don't aspirate.

If you don't mind the thought of knowing that your multiple steroid compounds going into your body are possibly going to be released at different rates to what they are supposed to be - then don't aspirate.

Nobody is saying that you have to aspirate, nor is it dangerous not to.

BUT I do have to ask you this - you have measured out each oil exactly, you have sanitized the injection site, you have guided the needle all the way into the muscle - WHY THE FUCK CAN YOU NOT BE ARSED JUST TO PULL THE PLUNGER BACK FOR 2 SECONDS TO SEE IF THERE IS BLOOD THERE??? Is there really so much effort required to do that. SMFH

Corfox's picture

I always always aspirate doh

Mikeyt84LINY's picture

Exactly

I would think on a healthy person they would clot and coagulate faster than it could absorb back into vein but you could have something there. A lot of these guys were addicts first and don't have normal response times lol

Medical field dont teach us aspirations. 1,000,000s of flu, covid, tetanus given a year and never see aspiration. Is like 1 in 10,000,000 to be able to get 23g totally in vein to inject intravenous by accident. If you going to "just knick" the vein you are whether you aspirate or not. That my personal experience, they no longer teach to students doing IM

Corfox's picture

Starting to think me maybe you can’t actually inject in vein by mistake and maybe when people get blood pulling up needle it’s because they have passed through a vein because drs don’t aspirate if it was dangerous not to I’m sure they would risk being sued plus a dr said on you tube the needle isn’t the right size to inject into a vein and plus auto injectors that you can’t pull back on are not coming with a warnings

Pumped_'s picture

If you are injecting at a 45° angle and can get your vein to hold still for such a big needle to insert in your vein then 1. You are doing it wrong anyway and 2. You just pulled off a medical miracle. But its one of those topics where if its working for you then dont stop and if you haven't started and its working not to then dont start. There is no right or wrong

I’ve bought one of those auto injector 90 angle I only bought it to keep my hands steady during injection so I don’t go in vein but it lets you pull back haven’t used it yet though .its only thing I don’t like about needles is the worry of incase I inject into my vein

Can't tell these guys that, half em swear they know more than a doctor from what they read on Google or on pubmed. Lmaoooo

A daughter observes her mother cutting off the ends of a ham before baking it, and the mother explains it's a family tradition.
The daughter, curious, asks her grandmother, who repeats the same explanation.
The daughter then asks her great-grandmother, who reveals she cut off the ends because her oven was too small to accommodate the whole ham.

It highlights how blindly following instructions or traditions, without questioning their origins, can lead to inefficient or unnecessary actions.

If I can see the shot I do. I actually had a little blood come into the needle injecting GH into my bicep the other day. But not full on in a vein. Maybe I nicked it or something. quads and delts I do. I can’t see when I’m doing glutes so I don’t bother.

Mikeyt84LINY's picture

Never ,
If you hit a vein on accident such is nearly impossible, then it was meant to be.
Try getting the pin in your vein with no gear in. Just for experiment, try getting it in a vein u can see right in the surface even. It's not easy at all.

Never once have I aspirated lol not exactly an easy thing to do when pinning the lats.

Milfpounder's picture

I cannot imagine pinning lats....does that hurt?

Teeeethreee's picture

Not at all - tons of meat - no nerves to bump in to and they can take a full 3ML. Highly recommend.

20ramcummins's picture

I did mine for the first time and something in there twitched during the injection. Made me jump and needle pulled out lol

Teeeethreee's picture

Yeah that will happen when it very first gets in - don’t panic - don’t pull out - just give it a micro second and it will stop - the same exact thing happens to me when I pin glutes with the 1.5” length this is good means it hit the deep muscle and will absorb quickly!

I’m a young old-school guy … been aspirating since day one. Over a decade in, hit a vessel maybe 2–3 times and pulled blood. Might be optional for the new school, but I’m still aspirating lol.

Milfpounder's picture

What the hell is aspirate? Sorry if that's a dumb question... I put needle in, pull back to see if there is blood, and if not I inject. Never had blood so have never had to start over. I feel stupid asking but not a better place to ask I guess...

Pandateston's picture

Google says:
“Aspirate: the action or process of drawing breath.”
So yeah bro, technically we’re all aspirating 24/7 Lol
But in this context, you’re spot on pulling back to check for blood is aspirating. You’re doing it right.

In a promo × 3
Milfpounder's picture

Hahahaha Jesus Christ I did something right! I'm gonna tell EVERYONE

SeeOhShow's picture

Have never aspirated. And I do ED injections for the last 3-4 years. So my pin count is up there with the folks who have been doing this decades at 2x a week injections. Never hit a vein, never had a problem, never had guaiacol enter my bloodstream. I’ve nicked the superficial veins in my thighs and had blood come out from that when I pull out the needle, but that’s inconsequential.

My needle length is either 1/2” or 1” depending how much volume I’m pushing. 30g.

press1's picture

Yeah ya see - You got no penetration bro!!

SeeOhShow's picture

Yup which is why I’m not concerned. If I was plunging those long ass 1.5” javelins yall do, then maybe I’d be more worried.

press1's picture

I'm a 1" flacid guy

Milfpounder's picture

Hahahaha probably 10" diameter tho. BOOOM stick

SeeOhShow's picture

Diameter? Radius? lol

press1's picture

I ALWAYS aspirate - once you have experienced the joys of some Tren Ace going directly into the bloodstream, or guaiacol or indeed most carrier oils you will always do it every time after that enjoyable experience. No it won't cause you to stroke out on the floor if you release by mistake into a vein - but you have to imagine that all of those compounds are estered and designed to be cleaved of the ester at various times and points. So literally dumping all of this oil straight into a high flowing bloodstream is going to throw all of these time released compounds way out which will in turn affect predicted hormone peaks and trough levels.

Yes as mentioned below, you will find that Doctors and nurses don't aspirate when giving you a meat injection - but I would argue that this is because its generally 1ml of a water based vaccine/vitamin in suspension that isn't time released as such. They are not injecting you with toxic steroids that are plain nasty when they get into your respiratory system or throat/scalp/tongue blood supply Lol

20ramcummins's picture

If you hit a vein, do you throw the syringe and content out or just Rejab?

Corfox's picture

Technically your suppose to throw it all away and start again but people probably wont because it’s a waste of gear

press1's picture

Each of my Injections have £10 worth of steroids in them - Ain't NO way I'm throwing that baby away!! LMAO

I will pull back slightly till I think I'm out of the vein, then just slightly re-angle the needle in a different direction as if to alter the path a little and then stick in again (some may disagree with this but its the way I do it) or if its just looking like a total disaster and there is still blood coming into the barrel then I will do a complete abandonement of the injection. Normally you will have to change the needle because it will of been blunted a little. In terms of having Blood in the barrel now, I say OWN THAT BITCH!! Its your blood that hasn't seen the outside world yet - so just plunge that baby back in where it came from! Lol

maximusuk's picture

I do the same lol that's my blood and it wants to return home and it be rude and just downright out of order not to reunite my blood with its family ,we won the own blood and that blood has work to do lol

Oh jeez that's sounds awful. I'll pull out and pick a different spot.

I did my lat for the first time ever Monday and hit a nerve or something. I jumped and needle came out lol. So, I Rejab'd and didn't realized how much that first injection dulled the needle. I had to push hard to break the skin. Figured it was still safe to use lol.

I aspirate everytime. Probably happened twice I've seen blood and took it out.

You get a chemical taste from the solvents in your mouth, if you inject a bit in the vein. Happened on a few occasions. Not a nice experience as it triggered my anxiety.

Aspirate all the time

Waltdisneysbum's picture

Nope, if you're at the correct depth and generally in the right area you're very unlikely to hit a vein in the 'common' IM injection spots.. And if you did hit it, you'd feel immediately to stop and no harm would come

Even on patients I don't aspirate, only if we're in a high risk site or using antipsychotics

Have you ever drawn up blood ? One of my
fears that injecting my vein only thing i dont like about injecting is that

CRACKLIND's picture

I've been doing this for a long time and so far I've only hit blood twice. So don't worry, the likelihood is low, and if you aspirate, you're on the safe side.
