+ 6 Summer EBC

After much thought on what I should do bulk or cut. I choice to make my Summer EBC a cutter. I'm bulking at the current moment and will be the for a few more weeks of and then I will begin my cutting for the EBC final pictures and the show I am going to enter Nov. 9th.
EBC Goals:
• Finish EBC under 6% BF
• Maintain size and muscle mass
• Finish having all my abs & cuts showing, striations visible all over body, and to be dry as a bone with veins everywhere.

Thank you. I feel like i was able to add a good amount of size and lower my BF% during this EBC so i am very happy.. Im hoping i can keep most of it when i step on stage in 7weeks

Thanks Rusty. Gaining quality is always a goal i have and when i am able to do it while I am slowly cutting is great. Just hope i can keep it all.

Haha thank you bro. I wasn't as lean as I wanted to be because but i liked where i was at. I'm prepping for a show at the begging of Nov. so I didn't want to peak way to early cause i still had 9 weeks till I go in stage.
