I love using Napsgear and have several times a year for over a decade. I have run tests (Naps shows lab tests also) on several products and they have always been real and have never been under-dosed. Products Used, Dosage & Duration: I have used multiple products from Genza, Dragon Pharma, and Pharmaqo, along with some others for Cialis 20mg and Viagra 100mg, over the course of more than 10 years while following an HRT+ protocol and other cycles. I have mainly run Pharmaqo Test E and C at about 200 mg, switching every 20 weeks or so and would sometimes take up to 600mg a week. I have done this for about 10 years and would sometimes add Equipoise at 200 or so a week. The ed medicine i would take as needed.
Results/Weight/Size Gains: I was able to get to 205 lbs, at 5 foot 10 inches, and single digit bodyfat. I had used th supplements to keep muscle while dieting down from 270 over the course of like a year and half.
Appetite: I did not notice an increase in appetite, even on the EQ, but I was doing way too much cardio and not eating enough, or taking proper rest days.
Body Fat: At one point I was 220 lbs at about 12 - 15% and looked my biggest. I unde rate and did too much cardio, An hour on off days and 30 minutes post workout.
PIP/Acne/Side Effects: No acne, but my aniexty got terrible to the point of having trouble driving. I was on edge and prone to getting aggresive and also got depressed. Also, near the end of it, I couldn't get errections even with the use of Viagra and Cialis. I have not experienced unusual post-injection pain (PIP) or infections.
The product quality has been consistently excellent, it was real. Every product I've used has matched its expected effects, and the several products I've independently tested were authentic and accurately dosed. After more than 10 years of use, I've had reliable results with no concerns about quality or consistency.
Customer service responds by email with a day or so and are kind and logical. The ordering process lets you see everything, choose your payment option and then once you pay and the payment is approved, which may take a day or two, then your order is shipped shorty after with tracking included in a link. I have been ordering from NapsGear for more than 10 years, and the ordering process has always been straightforward and reliable. I did short oral cycle 30mg per day split into 3 dossages 10mg for a month.Purpose of cycle was cutting so low carbs and high protein.
Trainings were 45 minutes high endurance 4 times per week.
Im not really friend with orals that was the reason to split it 3 times and have to drink lot of water and take liver support.
Felt great was strong whole time even my cardio was better.No androgenic sides whatsoever.Veins went up pretty quickly lost around 2kg of fat so cutting was succesfull.
Very happy with this brand.
Customer service is just perfect they always answer very fast.
Super fast packing was discret.

I've been using Test E from various suppliers in varying doses over several years. This review was prompted because I usually suffer from some PiP with concentrations over 250 mg. This on the other hand had none. I was shocked. This was at a dose of about 1ml 3 times a week in varying IM locations. Previously I had been using ZPHC and Dragon Pharma. Those both resulted in some serious PIP and irritation after several weeks. This on the other hand had none. I repeat it just because I was so shocked. For this alone I will make this my go to preferred brand in the future. Everyone is different how they react to carrier oils etc. so my results may not be the same for you but the difference in reaction with no pain or swelling was amazing for me.
As previously mentioned the quality or compatibility with my particular muscles preference for carrier oils was a major plus.
The only issue with this order, which I don't necessarily blame Naps for, was probably due to issues many of us have read about with 3rd party suppliers or distributors fulfilling orders slowly or having postage issues. Despite these circumstances Naps communicated with me through multiple ticket inquiries and resolved the situation.
The item arrived way later than expected, I don't necessarily blame Naps for this because I think it was their distributor's problem and out of their control. Naps did communicate efficiently and for all those who went through similar problems with postage issues and long deliveries during this time I'm here to tell you my items did eventually arrive as expected which made me happy.
I have never had an issue with naps gear and will continue to order from them all the time
although just receiving this it seems to be very top quality I will get back with a further review at a later time. 10 milligrams makes it very easy to dose throughout the day

Deus Medical Test Cyp 250
Been on TRT dose 150mg per week (pinning twice on monday and friday, 75mg/0.3mL each). Strength is great and libido also. At this dose my size did not change noticabely and the scale remained the same, so did the body fat level, as goal is maintenance. I feel energised and workouts are usually an hour and a half long and I am not tired the day after. I train 5 times a week. Appetite is great. There is no pip with this gear.
Communication went smooth. Great service and support, structured process so no complaints there.
Well packed in discreet packaging with a bubble wrap around the vials.

5 x tb500 dragon pharma
Dragon pharma is amazing. I used their ghk - cu before and was really impressed. This time selected tb500. My experience with tb500 has been very positive. I didn't have any major injury or issue but the usual aches pain and discomfort which were brilliantly taken care of by tb500. In addition noticed slight increase in recovery. First week 5mg, Second week 3.75mg and from week 3 running 2.5mg every week.
Naps is supportive professional and friendly. The entire promo process is a breeze.
When it comes to shipping and packaging NAPS is one of the best. Within a week promo was processed and shipped. Didn't take longer to arrive.

I ran Ultima Pharmaceutical Primobolan 100 at 400 mg per week for 15 weeks alongside a testosterone base. Injections were smooth and easy to manage throughout the cycle.
How I Felt:
This was my first time using Primo and I fully
understand now why it is so popular even for the price which is extremely good on NAPS. This was one of the cleanest compounds I’ve used. I felt a steady sense of well-being with consistent energy, improved gym performance, and a noticeable increase in libido on top of what I was already feeling form my testosterone. No aggression or mood swings—just an overall positive feeling.
Weight & Size Gains:
I gained around 8-10 pounds of quality lean mass while maintaining a hard, dry look. The gains came gradually and looked much more permanent than what I’ve experienced with wetter compounds.

We decided we want to try for a kiddo so I ordered some HCG through naps, after a couple weeks per usual the package arrived neatly and discretely and very timely.
I’d compare Napsgear to a Toyota. It’s ol reliable, never stops running on you never has any issues, and gets you what you need when you need it.
HCG has been wonderful. It’s nice that it’s a product you can visually see start working (size of balls) so you know you got good stuff.
Naps is naps, never any issues.

One of a few protects in this order with split shipping.
My overall experience dealing with nap gear has been primarily good. They process orders relatively quickly and fulfill them within a reasonable timeframe. They can’t control the shipping once it’s out of their hands, but it does seem to take a while to ship and I think that’s just due to the postal company. Overall, it was an easy process to order this product.
I ordered trenbolone Enantate 200 from accordo labs and the bottle itself is quality but the sticker label was crooked and halfway peeling off the bottles. So in that manner it looked like they needed to press the label on better but that’s a small issue. The rest was passing grade
Anytime I’ve had to deal with their customer service. Their communication is pretty good. They usually respond within a day or two and they’ve never left me waiting more than maybe three or four days for an answer when I needed a solution to a problem so I would say that the customer service is decent.
