NapsGear was the first source I ever used when I started TRT, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Ordering was simple, communication was professional, and delivery was reliable. What gave me the most confidence was being able to independently verify product quality through both Janoshik testing and personal bloodwork (both submitted on my page). Overall experience is good. They've seemed to have some technical problems with site loading. And for the first order in probably 5+ years there was a delay, which was probably in part to the technical issues. however the customer support team was still on top of things. The site appears to be back up and operational. My only real problem with them at the current time is the lack of payment options.

This was my first order of Geneza and after reading reviews online- I am happy with the choice. I am on week 2 of their Tren Ace and so far so good- I can already see the changes in my physique yet I dont feel more angry, minimal night sweats but I do feel the neuro drive from Tren.

Overall Experience:
I ran XT Labs Anavar at 30mg per day with 300mg of Test Cyp weekly. Both products performed exactly as expected throughout the cycle. Strength increased steadily, workouts felt more productive, and recovery between training sessions improved noticeably.
How I Felt:
Energy levels were consistently good and I felt more motivated in the gym. Libido was elevated compared to baseline and overall sense of well-being was improved. I did not experience excessive aggression, just increased confidence and drive during training.
Weight and Size Gains:
I added lean muscle while maintaining a harder and drier look. The gains appeared to be quality tissue rather than excessive water retention.
Appetite:
Appetite remained stable throughout the cycle with a slight increase on training days.
Body Fat:
Body composition improved and I appeared leaner as the cycle progressed.
Side Effects:
PIP was minimal from the Testosterone Cypionate injections. Acne was mild and manageable. No significant issues were encountered during the cycle.

I’ve been running retatrutide from Dragon Pharma for about 8 weeks now and wanted to share my honest experience.
I started at 235 lbs and I’m currently sitting at 214 lbs, so I’m down 21 lbs total. I began with 0.5 mg for the first two weeks, then increased to 1 mg for the next two weeks, and eventually moved up to 2 mg, which is where I’ve been for the past several weeks.
From the beginning, I responded really well. Within the first few days, I noticed strong appetite suppression without any nausea or major side effects, which was a big plus. Cravings—especially for sugar—basically disappeared, and that alone made a huge difference for me.

+ 1I have been using napsgear for over 10 years! They are an amazing company and products are always top notch! I have blood work ran every ten weeks and their products do their intended job. My strength has gone through the roof and I’ve added quality muscle! I gained about 20 lbs. I have used most of their products to include: test, primo, tren, winny, deca, npp, Anadrol, and dbol. Of course I didn’t use them all at the same time but they all did their intended purpose and I plan on using napsgear only from here on out. The products especially the test and tren make me extremely horny. Watch out tho the te tren will make you aggressive! My appetite was crazy with Deca, so these are things to be aware of. They’re always fair and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Don’t be afraid to order here because all products are top tier

Massive glycogen retention and arms, shoulders, and traps are noticeably fuller. Noticeable strength increase as well. Nolvadex has been working great, 40mg/day and no issues with gyno at 1,000mg test I'm currently running. Primo has kept my E2 in check, so no need for AI. Trenbolone acetate. During the cycle, I noticed a significant increase in strength and workout intensity within the first couple of weeks. My aggression in the gym definitely increased, but it was manageable and translated into more focused training sessions. Libido was noticeably higher than normal, and energy levels were generally good, although I experienced occasional night sweats.
Over the 8-week cycle, I gained approximately 12 pounds while maintaining a relatively lean appearance. Body fat appeared to decrease significantly as muscle hardness and vascularity improved. Appetite remained about the same, although some days it was a little lower than usual.
