Just started TrT 4 weeks ago at 180mg a week. Due for bloodwork in 2 weeks to check how everything is rolling. Planning to run my first cycle starting June 13th of this year. I've been trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible during this time. I've been told I don't need to PCT if I am planning to continue TrT. Just looking for some help on starting this journey in the right direction.

Started my daily pins today at 11units of 250 Test Cyp. Got blood work scheduled in 6 weeks. As long as everything is good and I managed to bring my Hematocrit down, I plan to start my cycle of 300mg for 16 weeks after bloodwork.
What is the cycle you want to do
I can see you've made some good progress an on the right track an I would stay on your trt dose an keep getting bf% down so your not as sensitive to E2 conversion and when you do cycle get blood work every 4-6 weeks
Appreciate it bro. I'll update my bloods in here in a couple weeks. As for body fat percentage, I don't have access to a Dexa scan close by, but there is a Styko body scanner in the area. How accurate are those machines in reading BF%?

Planning to run 300 test cyp for 12 weeks possibly adding in 50mg Anavar for the last 6 weeks.
Ok why 300 an I wouldn't do the var on your first cycle tho
Okay so no var first cycle. Just wanted to stay relatively mild for the first cycle till I understand exactly how it's going to affect my bloods. Is this not the right approach? I've also lost over 130lbs in the last year. Maintaining healthy diet and hitting the gym 5 days a week.
No 300 is a good start cuz I really don't know anything about you besides the blood work you posted I'll need more info like BF%, diet, training, cardio an your goal of cycle
Not sure on BF%, my diet has been roughly 1800 calories, 200g protein, 150g carbs, 60g fat for the last 6months. Before that I was strictly carnivore for the first 6 months. Training I'm spending 45mins to an hour weight training 5 days a week, averaging 8k to 12k steps a day cardio. End goal is to stack on around 10 to 15lbs of lean muscle over the next year while continuing to lower BF percentage.
No way ur gonna gain shit on 1,800 cals a day. You can pin 10 grams of test a week and it won't make any difference.
Run ur TRT for several months, finish losing weight and dial in your diet before you attempt a cycle. Learn how to build muscle prior to starting a blast.
I have zero intentions of staying at 1800 cals come cycle time. I've been strong before in high school and college. Benching 300+ squatting 500+ I had a kid and got fat and lazy. I've fixed the fat and lazy part albeit a bit extreme because I lost a lot of muscle in the process. But I need to get this BF% down to really make any process work. I hope at 190 by the end of May, then slowly increase my calories up to 2600 over the follow weeks while running the cycle. Mainly just increasing the amount of carbs.

6 week blood test at 180mg 1x a week. Estradiol conversion was very little.
What Esther are you using test e-c
I would do 2 injections a week Monday morning Thursday evening something like that your blood work will be more stable and it'll probably bring your test level up a little bit
I'm using test c. I've been doing in clinic injections but starting self injection this week so I'll try that. Thanks for the suggestion
No problem I do every other day injections with any Esther
