+ 1 Anyone Else Betting Big on Bitcoin?

ad

Anyone else taking the odds with Bitcoin right now or any other crypto?

I’ve got a feeling Bitcoin is going to bounce back, so I decided to put a pretty significant chunk of my savings into it. I got in at just under $62,000. it’s definitely a gamble, but I’m willing to take the risk.

Curious what everyone else is doing. Are you going all-in on Bitcoin, buying other crypto, staying on the sidelines?

Fuck that man its not worth the risk. Buy a semi conduct ETF. If bitcoin goes up that ETF will benefit. If bitcoin takes a dive that ETF will still do well.

Def BTC holder here plus TAO, Render, XRP. If you’re looking for an early stock to get into that is going to explode…… Immunitybio the ticker is IBRX . Their treatment is proving to crush all different cancers. It eliminates having to use chemo and radiation and on top of that is actually healthy for you. They are finding it’s also helping rid of other diseases . Saudi Arabia already approved for 5 cancers, EU has a couple approvals and the the US is coming. Look into it and thank me later.

buy the dip and when that dips, buy it again and again, and again. Ride the waves. Eventually it will be back up and every dip you bought will be profit Spend what you don't need and cash out only when in the positive and only if you need it.

Buy in the first week of October 2026, sell in the first week of September 2029

Ahriman23's picture

I am counting on it going up. But I am going to play by buying MSTU in a month or so. When btc is up this trades in the 100 dollar range. Today 3 bucks.

If you would have done the same in sandisk last year, your gains would be x10. Best case for BTC is it doubles. There are much better options out there.

I tried. I always thought if every eroids guy bought the same stock under 5.00 per share we could move it up then all sell

Ive been buying $100 weekly for years now. Its just on auto purchase every Weds. I have a nice small chunk. Nothing wild in comparison to my stock portfolio but enough that I can make some good coin if it moves.

A couple months ago I remembered that like way back when bitcoin started I open a Kraken account to fig out what the hell bitcoin was. I forgot the passcodes to get into my account. I kept thinking man Im going to be one of those people that has a couple bitcoin sitting in an account I can't access like you read on the news all the time. I finally gained access to the account and I had 0 bitcoin.
Which is very unlike me. Im like I know I would have bought like $100 bucks just to see how it worked back in the day but apparently I didn't. So much for that lol.

Been involved with crypto for way too many years. My retard opinion, shit is fucked til the stock market shits the bed. I am not interested in buying to hold til 30-40K range

keytech's picture

It could reach a level between 30k and 40k by the end of the bear market cycle.

wanted's picture

You will see bitcoin hit 116,000 you will
Also see (rivian) stock hit 54-75.00
Remmber my last stock pick went up 1000% and we took profit.

I made alot on Rivian Options dropping from those prices to $20 Smile Im not a Rivian fan.

I almost sold my model x to get the rivian suv. . But I bought rivian from 12.00 then sold at 21.00 then it went to 22 something. Now back down and I bought back in so . It will go back up to 20’s easy.
Dont have to be a fan to
Make money. So we both made money on RIVIAN and more to come

Wildling's picture

I did that with fisker a few years back. It started at $9-$11 then would double in a month, go back down to $9-$11 then repeat for a few cycles.

Ill agree Ive said that. I hate Tesla but it didn't stop me from trading it. I had Rivian Options back in like 2022 or whenever it was up in the $75-100 range and all EV stocks were tanking.

I also hate Tesla lol Smile Love the self driving tech but aside form that Tesla does nothing for me. Models Y's I kind of like but they feel dead to me vs. other cars. No personality. But again Id buy one for the self driving...maybe. Assuming the insturance didn't butt rape me.

sandman3698's picture

Right on. I'll put a couple bucks on it.

I prefer ETF if you are going that route.

Nope no help here for that
I like buying and selling and reading charts being active.

My family's still in it. I was buying it at $600, road it to $17000, got out, blew it on all nonsense.

A week before it dropped from like $120k last year, I told my mother/brother "Look at the fckin chart!!! If it hits... $115/118k, take some profits! Youll be able to buy it back cheaper and increase your position." They didnt. Theyre still up though lol

I dont really know shit about reading charts but even the most basic chart reader could have eyed that coming.

Part of me now thinks Bitcoin was started by... the cia to gain control of our money, and at the same time I also think it could be going to 250k

If I had the liquidity, id buy it under 80k maybe. It looks like it could be gearing up for another run!
Im not in a position to gamble like that tho.

Definitely a much smarter decision to buy now then at all time high.

I don’t think is payment talk but…As you may not may not know, Iran is currently charging counties a “toll” to lets ships pass the Strait Of Hormuz… the reason this matters is Iran is requiring payment via Bitcoin. Bitcoin now has a stake in the global oil market. Bitcoin will go up in value as long as this Iran conflict goes on. Probably a good time to invest but I’m not a financial advisor, so don’t take my word on it.

After World War eleven, the US held the gold reserves in fort Knox. The USD was pegged to gold, other world currencies were pegged to the dollar.

Back in the 60's the US social spending caused European countries to buy back their gold as they were worried we were over printing our money.

Soon we had too much money in circulation and not enough gold so Nixon took us off the gold standard and put us on the fiat. We were able to get away with this because at the same time they created the "petrodollar".
(Think of bitcoin as the modern day equivalent).

Ever since 1972 we have been working for someone else's debt. Every dollar is an IOU. Fiat currency holds no intrinsic value because it is not backed by a physical commodity like gold or silver. Its worth comes entirely from public trust and government decree.

Like the 60's, public trust in the USD is rapidly collapsing.

The financial system is in the process of making another reset. This time, off of the fiat and back onto sound money. They are setting the guard rails and accumulating Bitcoin. Tether is already backed by 83% by US debt (remember the petrodollar?) and has been buying gold as fast as it can. It has over 148 metric tons of gold. Central banks have been buying up gold as will.

As soon as the regulatory guard rails are in place, portfolio managers are/will be relocating a percentage of pension funds and IRAs into bitcoin. Your banks and fund managers will start to encourage you to diversify 2%, 3%, 5% into bitcoin.

If the US pulls an FDR move and revalues its gold reserves from $42 oz to 5k per oz. The US debt would shrink from 36 Trillion down to around 300 billion. Your cash holdings would be wiped out but, your bitcoin holdings would more than make up for it.

There will be a new digital dollar (not a Central Bank Digital Currency [CBDC]) pegged to gold and bitcoin. With any luck, this reset will be as uneventful as the 1972 transition to the fiat.

The EU is going to be fucked if they keep heading down the road they're on. The British financial system centered in London is what is collapsing if they accept the CBDC laws unelected financial bureaucrats put into place they will find themselves in an Orwellian future.

It’s actually been dropping consistently for the last couple of years, I’m just speculating on this Iran debacle…
