Year after year batch after batch of different compounds and staple compounds i can confirm that i have only had good experiences. Very consistent from carrier oil to concentration. They are always an oprn line of communication and are willing to right any mishaps that occur in the international shipping process or if anything were missing from an order its as simple as uploading an unpacking video and they will make corrections. Best way to learn their products is to go to their site: basicstero.ws. I rarely write reviews (first-timer on this forum). However I feel compelled to do so due to an issue I had which they resolved completely and as quickly as possible. In one of my orders, there was sale so I took advantage and purchased 20 qty 10ml vials of Primo 100mg/ml. However, when the shipment arrived it contained only 1 pack of 10qty 1ml ampules of Primo (the rest of the order was complete). Fortunately, and this is Always a must-do practice for anyone regardless of source, I took one continuous video of the unpackaging process taking care to pause at certain important moments, for example the external package label and showing that it had not been opened previously by tugging on the sealed fold across the entire package, and then slowly taking the packaging apart to reveal contents. Having done that (they ask you to do this every time), they were satisfied with my claim of missing products and when what I originally ordered came back in stock I messaged them (per there request) and was sent 19 qty 10ml bottles of Primo 100mg/ml AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, not even for shipping (they honored the sale price even though it ended well before the Primo 100 came back in stock). That is impressive!

I am 100% satisfied with this source. From the 30% military discount to the fast shipping. Been a customer for about 6 months and placed 6 domestic and 2 international orders. All my US domestic shipments arrived within 6 days from when I sent payment. Interface is easy to use. Huge selection of orals and injectables, along with PCT products. No need to share my experience with the product since all their products are independently lab tested with the results on the website. The 2 international orders I placed I received within 20 days from time of payments. Customer service is always responsive within hours. The one negative I would say is they don’t have a huge selection of HGH. But for anabolic I think they’re the best in the business.

I placed an international order with BasicStero.ws on February 23, 2026 and received it on March 22, 2026. I am a firm believer in Pharmacom products generally, but was hesitant to order directly, as I have always ordered from Steroidify or Osgear. I ordered 2x Nandrolone 600 as a test order. With discounts (referral), the prices were more attractive, so I ordered directly and am glad I did. Customer service is very responsive to questions, and 4 weeks for an international order is well within what I would expect. If you are very cautious like me, you can always do a relatively small test order like I did, but I just placed my second order, which is quite a larger, and I am much more confident that I will not have any issues.Also, $20 shipping is not bad, and cheaper than most.

For anyone on the fence about ordering direct, I highly recommend. If my second order has any problems, I will update.

Overall these guys are great. I've been using pharamcom since I was a pup. This order was for pharmamix 6 500mg/ml which is test E 200mg + drost E 200mg + tren E 100mg= 500mg/ml. Yes I a mathematic wizard.

My overall experience Has been good with good communication, relatively fast shipping And decent compound selection. Recently, I’ve ordered and tested and used their masteron blend of 300 mast with 200E and 100p on top of just my TRT prescription dose of 160 mg a week with 300 mg of mast per week. After five weeks I titrated up to 500mg mast for 5 more weeks. I had it JANOSHIK tested only because I was testing some other compounds and was just curious, I had no reason to believe it wasn’t legit.

Been using Pharmacom since 2018. Im uk based so had to find other options when they fell off the map a couple years ago. Now coming back to Pharmacom, their sust has been great but this is my first time purchasing from basicstero.

Purchased 2 vials of Test E from their international warehouse. After 6 weeks of 100mg twice a week, had bloods done (3rd day after injection). Test levels came back at 482. Okay pretty low. Upped to 240mg a week and tested again 4 weeks later. Levels showed 660.
This is far below the levels I achieved with pharmacom enanthate a few years back. Usually I’m at 1400ng/dl with 200mg per week. 650ng/dl at 240mg is a joke.
Not sure if the quality of pharmacom in general has dropped, or if its just this source. Sustanon from a domestic source has been fantastic recently so I have no idea.
I ordered another few vials of test E from their domestic warehouse on black friday, which I have now switched to since receiving these blood test results. I am truly hoping it is just a fault of the international warehouse, but all vials have the same batch number so I find that unlikely unless pharmacom are not strict with their labelling.

Overall very disappointed and have no idea what to do since Pharmacom has always been levels above any other lab, without question.

Will update in a month or so with the blood test results from this new order.
