Vegan documentary Game changers is absolute bullshit

ad

I’ve been noticing this brushfire of people watching GAME CHANGERS and all of a sudden want to become vegan. I call absolute bulls hit on certain claims that show has made.

I haven’t consumed meat in 6 years, that includes chicken. I was vegan for a couple of years and I will absolutely tell you that documentary game changers is absolute shit.

These athletes absolutely take supplements to remain relevant and wouldn’t be able to compete against these other athletes had they not.

I find it hilarious they attribute their success to becoming vegan but they were only vegan for a year or so, Diaz was the only athlete who has been this way for years and now his purity remains in question.

Veganism is absolutely a healthier life style. But in terms of muscle building and performance, I call bullshit.

My only debate to people is the body isn’t meant to process meat at the rate we consume it and it has become a capitalist industry which profits off our abuse of the ecosystem, on a spiritual level, cows are very sacred. They’re key contributors to the ecosystem because they’re one of the only creature who’s intestines break down cellulose, which is essentially nutritious fertilizer to sustain agriculture and re grow plants.

Not to mention they’re manure helps mycelial colonize which essentially leads to fungus hence Psilocybin magic mushrooms. The Hindus new this, also Hindus use cow manure to help keep away mosquitos and other insects that can carry diseases.

All living systems contains or emits a type of photon radiation or frequency. This isn’t to promote plant food so but the body best responds to plants on a frequency level as all food emits light when it’s briken down to the atomic level. Think about how much energy is exerted breaking a cow down to the atomic structure!!!! This can be reviewed and researched by looking up #BIOPHOTON EMISSIONS# Fritz Albert Popp

Call bullshit ? Look up Alexander Gurwitz and last but not least

Herbert Frolich Dielectric engineer who proved collective vibrations from photons helps generates cell development.

If you want to become vegan for a healthier lifestyle ? Saving the planet? Living healthier ? Fine. But at least from my experience, don’t think you’ll become this supreme athlete from it. All those athletes, especially the titans team who majority of that defense retired a year later because their stats dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. Look at Arian foster!!!

Tom Brady is also not a vegan. He just doesn’t consume red meat.

I thought that I was replying to Greg
And I was talking about sometime behind the mesozoic era when we were riding T-Rex crawling on all fours long before Homo-Habilis figured out how to use a rock as a hammer

All in modesty

You can tell just watching the trailer.
Sensationalistic bullshit.

If I could I would mostly live off fish but that just isn't realistic. But I agree with you, we just need to moderate. Also if you hunt, wild game is about as pure as you can get. Also consider buying your beef off a local farmer, they take far better care of their livestock

SimonM84's picture

Well, you know what happened to me with eating fish.

Absolutely, but I still believe we are t meant to consume meat the way we do because our systems have been conditioned to go long periods of time without eating in general.

Several studies also show how long periods of time without eating can actually trigger adrenaline and growth hormone to PRESERVE AND PROMOTE muscle growth to go out hunting and searching for food.

I’ll find the data and post it if anyone is interested.

My next post will be DEBUNKING INTERMITTEN FASTING no such thing

simon .. we all intermittently fast... it's called going to sleep waking up and eating breakfast.... I'm disgusted with those who push this and then sell ketones at a ridiculously high amount of money... you should post please ...

My man, intermittent fasting is simply a calorie restriction. If you factor in the amount of calories you consume within that 8 hour window and spread it out throughout the day as if you weren’t “fasting” you’d lose the same amount of weight.

A true fast as the vedas stated is through the sun rise/setting and rising the following day

It takes 24 hours to deplete the glucose in the body to crack into the glycogen storages which takes 24 to 36 hours. That’s a true fast, behind 24 hours. There’s no such fuck of a thing as intermittent, it is simply a calorie restriction

Maybe but I’ll tell you what intermittent fasting has done for me for sure.
1. Made my willpower better for cutting
2. Learnt that I don’t need to crap myself about losing muscle/gains if I don’t eat every two hours and thinking that I have to spread my calories and protein out so it has given me some more of my life back.
3. It has all but cured my acid reflux issues that I got when running tren on a bulk a few years back that has persisted on and off ever since. It didn’t work straight away but over the course of several months now I can’t remember the last time I got a bought of it, regardless of how large a meal I have etc

Back on the track of the original post, I haven’t watched the film but I just can’t imagine a diet where you HAVE to supplement in order to get all your vitamins surely can’t be healthier than a more balance diet including meat/vegetables/fruit etc can it?

SimonM84's picture

Absolutely, I should’ve worded better but I get lost sometimes in my wording.

If you can do 16, you can do 24. Go 24 hours without eating, 1 day a week for a month but eat as you normally would “not saying to splurge the other 6 days” I guarantee you will lose EVEN MORE weight than a calorie restriction.

Try what i suggested, let me know how you feel
