+ 1 Crashed stamina on Tren E

ad

Does anyone have any advice on how to combat the crashed stamina on tren? Cardio is a big deal for my mental well being and just wanted to see if there are methods to counter this reaction.

For me at least, reduced cardio is just a price you pay for using tren. I've tried different cycles like high test/high tren, low test/high tren. My most recent cycle was low/low with 250mg test and 250mg tren per week. Even at those low doses my cardio sucked, I even had the insomnia and the heartburn. Coming off the cycle (but still cruising on test) all of that cleared up in 3 to 4 weeks.

if I do run it "which I probably won't" it won't id probably run it at 400 with 250 test. As toxic as it is its done wonders for me and I never really suffered side effects except night sweating and not being able to do cardio. Hell I didn't even want to walk up a flight of stairs. When everything is said and done I'll probably run a test only cycle. It was really hard recovering last time and I don't want to screw with my natty test levels. I'm just making conversation on the crashed stamina and seemed to have found my answers

Like said below, GW. Stuff is amazing. One of my favorite compounds.

But the major draw back is..... it could cause cancer :/

Pro and cons of tren.. If it doesn't suit your style, don't run it. Try incorporating HIIT or just lift weights faster.

If you can't handle the tren dont use it. that simple

If you're not getting ready for a show it's not even worth it

You look like you had your fun on it. Have you ever ran it with low test?

Switch to high intensity cardio, wingates for example, 4-5 mins max per session
killer, but short duration and exceptional for cv health
do'able with tren and if you hit the right cals/nutrition, it will compliment tren's lipolysis effect

also, take up meditation, guided is fantastic

I can vouch for your advice, although I have never used Tren. The Wingates have increased my energy level significantly. This may be anecdotal, but I have personally gotten great results out of it.

Some people say GW501516 can help but I don't think anything can stop the beast

Just speaking from past experiences because I thought about using it again. I know the chalk answer here would be not to use it but I'm curious to see if there is actually a way to combat the side effect. I probably won't even use it.

You and I have had many discussions on eq and their headaches but I know who to go to when I have questions about Eq ;-)

X 2 was about to type that!
Stop the tren if cardio is important.
