WAKE THE HELL UP EROIDS!
On behalf of Eroids, BFG and the Mods, I am so proud to be able to announce to everyone that the Eroids Body Challenge is officially back! As I was discussing the structure of the new EBC with Admin, I knew I needed a strong partner to help me return the EBC to glory. I got my wish in spades!!
Please join me in welcoming one of our great members to the EBC Board of Trustees, Makwa! As you might imagine, I was very excited when Makwa accepted my invitation to help me organize the EBC. Mak it’s on an crackin’ homie!
After four long years of hiatus, the EBC has resurrected.
The EBC will have a few new tweaks to it to make it safer and smarter for everyone across the board. From a new prize system to a new scoring criteria. Our hope is to create a structure to make the EBC a regular source of community pride once more.
SAVE THE DATE
Beginning on 3/9/19 at 0000hrs midnight PST the submission button will be active and members can start submitting their pics. The deadline for entry pics is on 3/16/19 @ 2359hrs PST. The competition will run a full 12 wks. You will have a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19. The deadline for final pics will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST.
What is the target goal of the EBC 2019?

This goal was chosen to closely follow the traditional season goals. We want to help you get your Summer Bods ready. We also wanted to end the competition with enough time for you all to enjoy showing off the hard work with enough summer left to hit the beach!
Each successive EBC will have different target goals but we will do our best to follow the season and or competition calendar as to not cross any wires and short circuit some of your comp plans.

Makwa and I are still making a few last minute tweaks and the Prize Sponsors are still coming on board. While that takes place please begin planning your season around the aforementioned competition dates. We hope to have a large field of competitors.
Soon you will see an additional FAQ thread to be the place that Makwa and I can help answer any questions you might have. The final rules still need a couple of more finishing touches and then we will post them in the FAQ thread as well.

I can promise you all one thing and that this Makwa and I will work our asses off to be as diligent and accessible to the EBC as possible. This was not brought together on a whim. The EBC is something that has always been a tremendous source of pride for me personally and I’m sure it will soon be for Mak as well. Thanks again to BFG , Pale and Greg for their support.

Man of course this is happening now. Wife and I are literally about to be at the busiest time in our lives. In the process of buying a house, so hopefully moving within the next month. Also having our first baby girl sometime around the end of april. I still may try to do it tho!

Thanks fusebox! I told the wife we should do it together. She will have probably the best transformation lol. Although she has only gained 10lbs but has lost some muscle too. She’s the one kicking ass. Life is going to be very different in about 7 weeks!

Yeah buddy. She is about 7 week away from giving birth. I told her she should do the ebc with me. She probably won’t run a cycle but it would be good and motivational for both us. I don’t count on major results but I like to have some extra motivation to keep us working out during a real busy time in our lives.

lol it would be cool but I am not counting on winning anything. Mostly looking for fun and motivation during a busy time in life. Now it’s time to plan a cycle, which I haven’t ran a proper one in awhile lol. I also don’t have a lot to work with. Plenty of test c, decca and some eq, tren hex and mast e. Any suggestions lol?
The fact that you haven't run a cycle in a long time will be in your favour. Fresh receptors, might get similar progress to that of a first time user.
Low test C, reasonably low tren and higher mast E.
If you don't fancy tren, drop that and use the EQ. Gotta be your own choice at the end of the day bro,
Yes just looking for ideas with what I got. I was leaning toward moderate test c low tren and higher mast. I’ll have a lot going on so I want to keep the tren low so I don’t get too snappy lol.
Or if you want, I know EQ takes a minute to get to work but with the time till final pics it would be well in effect by that time.
Low tren has been a staple of many a cutter cycle, 200-300mg a week would definitely do it's thing well. Low var or winny last 4 weeks would be like the icing on the cake if you've had your diet dialed tight the previous 8.

No Folks can submit their end pics basically at any time up until the last minute. I’ll be issuing continuous updates and reminders all along the way. Once this comp gets started the main EBC thread will have all of the information anyone needs

It's for everyone regardless of location. Don't know what made you think otherwise. I'd give yourself time to upload your entry pics, definitely wouldn't leave it to the last minute. Drink 2 litres of coke on top of the pile of junk food you have just eaten then take your pics, belly bulging to diced abs would be a great turnaround.

I see where you're coming from. But I honestly don't want to create an illusion and try to do this the cheap way. Hard work will do a better job than looking as shitty as possible before and then half assing the contest. I'll go from a decent condition to stage ready peeled and grainy like a mofo. We all know how to go from fatso to beach body.
But very few have ever been stage ready on this site. So I think that should be the goal (for me personally at least).

That’s all cool and everything but to say it’s cheap or immoral to come in fat is bs. You can do whatever makes you feel better but the challenge is to make the biggest most dramatic change. Because people are making sure to fluff up before pics does not mean it’s omly gonna be a half ass attempt at the rest of the competition. The goal is to win and it’s not always pretty but coming in overweight or looking awful is not cheap. for some it takes hard working to look that way(not everyone tho lol) it’s a competition and everyone is gonna use any edge to their andvantage. There’s a lot on the line here. Cheaters will be weeded out and dealt with. I can respect your decision tho. I planned on doing the ebc but it’s up in the air now. Had mri on shoulder this morning. Will have the results of damage on Monday. Wish me luck.

Continuing with the stage for a year or two more. It's easy to get to the finals but there the challenge lays for me, for the time being. I'll be 100% doing the cutter if it's on next year.
I've no doubt whatsoever you'll be bringing it, I'll be standing on the sidelines cheering you on. With the amount on offer I think people will really be trying their up most best,

Emmm I go MIA for a few months and come back to see CD & Mak attack has got the EBC going on. Folks jump in this if you can, it’s one of the greatest motivations you’ll ever see and everyone here is supportive. Just be smart and safe we all here for the long hall. GL

Right. Past EBCs a lot of the new competitors had a mentor or vet to help them out. Newbs don't go in blind here find a mentor, a little help/knowledge can make a big difference. You remember cheat-n-nature that won a EBC, he had a mentor and he nailed it. Good to see you still around CD and firing this thing back up, classic dude here ladies and gent that has stood the test of time. Maks alright to lol.

Im kinda lost when it comes to tanning and such. Ive never been part of a competition so where can I get a product like this. Do they sell tanners at the local bber store?
If I do poses pasty white its not going to go very well any help is appreciated
Protan is probably the most common. Can pick it up from Amazon or pretty much anywhere. If you really think you are in line to place well, I would go to a tanning solon and get a spray on tan done. That is the best option in my opinion but tons of people just use ProTan.
