UK police confiscated my stash.
Due to an unforseen situation on Monday night, basically mistaken identity to put it in a nutshell lol. I'd of gone away for a good few years if it was me, quite a serious offence, agrivated burglary.
Anyways, as they searched my home they came across my stash which wasn't hidden in my wardrobe. They haven't said their keeping, likewise they haven't said I can have it back.
Just wondering if anyone else from the UK has been in the same situation and what was the outcome.
As it's perfectly legal to use gear here, obviously not selling it, I'm seriously hoping they will give them back and not keep them for themselves lol. Their was at least 50 vials and a shit load of orals.
Makes me sick to think I'll have to go back to buying gear when I used to have a decent stash built up that I could dip into at will.

No mate, every time I contact them I get told they'll get back to me but never do. Tried about 10-15 times now. That stash was mouth watering as well.
Send a recorded letter on headed paper demanding back all items illegal confiscated within 10 working days or you'll proceed with legal action.
Last pitch attempt, it might work as you have proof you've asked for it back?
I'm happy to represent you in court and I am happy to except half the stash as payment.

You should be able to get it back straight away. If they haven't charged you with anything they can't confiscate it.......this is Basicly theft!
If they thought you were dealing you would of got a charge sheet off them or at least a caution.

They took my phone but gave it back after a couple of days.
They haven't charged me with anything gear related but did ask me about the bag with a few hundred anabols in them, the 5mg British dragon one's. That was about it. They said I could have them all back but when ever I go their to ask at the property department they say their not marked down to release. The last time I spoke to the officer involved he said he needs to speak to a drug expert, whatever that means.
Think they maybe just messing me around for the time being. Fuck knows really. It's frustrating cos it took me a few years to build that stash. Never mind having to buy and replace it.
It will be just while they get samples from the pills to check if it's not any class A's.

No good news yet. Went to the police station this afternoon as I'd booked Fri and Monday off work. The lady I spoke to said their was no note to release my gear. The officer dealing with the case isn't working today so she said she'd leave him a message to contact me.
I'll go back again on Monday if I haven't heard from him by then.
And every day the cops have your gear,........... a few of them get more and more swollen.
ETA: They will be back with another warrant when your gear runs out.
I'm sure he'll reply when he gets out.

Shit in the US you'd be in cuffs and charged with a felony or two. I wish the US had the same laws on gear. I'd be very glad if someone ever found my gear they just confiscated it. But going by your laws they have no right to do that. The only reason they made gear illegal in the states is becahsing of ped use in baseball. Stupid laws.
Regardless of country, no one should get locked up for possessing and using gear. Or even have it confiscated like in my case.

Any prescription medication in the stash? From my understanding you'll have to request to have the gear back and be willing to stand up for yourself as they'll happily keep hold of it. It's not illigal to have personal amounts of gear in the uk so they'll give it back.
It sounds ridiculous but I personally keep a small piece of paper in the stash with a monster cycle written on it so if the police ever happen to take a look I can legally claim personal usage. "This amount of gear would only last me 3 months mr officers"

My phone saved me, they checked where I was at the time. I'm off to go see them on Monday, if they start to fuck me about I'm going to take legal advice and take it from their.

It's a major kick in the balls lol. I'm trying to be optimistic about getting it back, some very nice gear in amongst all that.
Should be a bit easier than having to go to court to get it. Hopefully it'll get passed over the counter and just sign for like I did for my phone. I got my car back the next day, they took my dog only got her back this morning, they took her Monday night after they'd done trashing my flat and put her in kennels. It's been a shit few days.

It's a lot but like I told them from the one's with manufacturer and expiry dates it clear to see that I've got them over a period of year's, and I like to hoard lol.

If they declare it as personal then technically you are entitled to have it back as it's your property and legal to possess (as long as they can't prove you imported it from outside the U.K.)
Hate to be captain hindsight here but you should have multiples stashes for this very reason.
There's not a chance they could do me for selling. Maybe if they were all the same brand possibly it could lead to getting charged but there's alsorts of ugls. It's a stash built up over time, Im not personally concerned about that.
It's like you said it's my personal use and property and I'm entitled to it back. I think if they don't and don't get charged with supply Id be able to claim compensation, that would make a great headline lol.
