+ 1 BF% and gyno?
ad
Hi, just wondering if someone has high body fat are they more prone to gyno?
Likewise if someone has low body fat are they likely not to be as prone to gyno?
Appreciate any informed info on this.

Hi guys just got up a bit ago. It's almost 9am in UK.
Thanks for replys. Just started a course, 3 weeks today.
Ive actually got low BF% so it was a reassurance to read this as its my only real concern on gear.
Have nice day all.
Fat people have breast fat, this doesnt mean that they will have glandular tissue behind the nipple. hormone ratio determines whether or not your body starts to grow glandular tissue. hormone ratio is usually determined by genetics but there are other factors that can effect these hormone ratios which can be
high body fat which probably comes from a bad lifestyle. alcohol intake, sleep patterns and diet. Alot of variables here that can effect men's sexual health/libido.
My nipples get puffy when my bodyfat is 14%+
Sometimes ppl think they have gyno but in reality it's just fat deposits
Mine did that too. But I am closer to 19%. Slowly but surely I am getting my BF down. Anywho, aromasin EOD wasn't getting it, once I switched to ED they flattened back out pretty good.
tread-mOf course...estro is isolated and promoted by body fat and therefore fat around the nip will hjghly increase gyno. Its one of the reasons you should cycle once body fat is lower and not high.
Another little note which may surprise you as well. Many people who get gyno. Have no body fat at all around the chest but they had body fat in the chest/nip but they did during puberty. This could have caused "female breast tissue" to form and then lay essentially dormant until you either begin cycling and increase estro or until you get to be 50's and older in age and estrogen rises again. One reason you see gyno in both cycling individuals and in people 50+ in poor shape even though not cyccling.
So such as in my case, always in shape growing up, played sports ran the neighborhood "no video games and couch time" equals no bf during puberty or as I got older and just never going to get gyno.
so true !
im subb 10% all year, down to 8 at times!
I have no issues with gyno even when my nips got sensitive last few weeks of my last cycle they had no lumps and laid flat, aro was like bye bye sensitivity
tread-mYuuuuup! Hope you're doing ok brother.
Yes very much so!
High Bf equals higher gynocamastia risk!
I recommend Ai like Aromasin While ON cycle!
In my experience, genetics is the main determining factor. Everyone copes differently. I think that allot of guys are nervous about gyno and mistake water retention and high body fat as gyno sides. I'm very prone to gyno, but with prami, letrozole , and ai's on hand it becomes a non issue.
