My chick thinks she's in HGH withdrawl. She's crazy, right?

ad

She started at .5iu on New Years day, and worked up to 2iu very slowly over 2.5 months. She then started 2.5iu on April 1st. Always 5 days on, 2 days off.

Her last shot was last friday (4/15/16) and she's very tired and can't get herself to go to the gym. She swears she's in HGH withdrawl. I'm not saying she's not tired, but there has to be something else going on, right? I've never heard/read about hgh withdrawl... and after 4 days of discontinuation??

5iu it's way to much for girl

you're right. that's why she started at .5 and worked up very slowly to 2.5.

My wife and I have been taking it for a couple years and have discontinued it a couple times and neither of us have ever run into that problem. The shi**y thing about fatigue is that it is a symptom of so many other possible things that by itself is near impossible to diagnose anything. If it's that sever though then it's probably best to go in talk to the doc

That's EXACTLY what I told her. She's also in a deficit so it could be not enough cals. So many things. I told her see a doc if she still feels shitty on Monday. My exact words were "it could be a million things, some are really bad, some are nothing and none are GH withdraw" lol. Thanks buddy.

Haha...I'm sure she loved that...all women I've ever known just love being told they're wrong! lol

Lol oh yea, big fans! She was definitely annoyed, but luckily she trusts me when it comes to that kinda shit, so she got over it pretty quickly.

That's the beauty of it... They always get over it haha

Why did she stop it? She didn't like how it made her feel? Just curious cause my girl has been asking about it

DfromPhilly's picture

She said it wasn't worth it. I'm diggin it but it wasn't doing much for her. She said sleep wasn't any better (it was though), she's not losing fat any quicker than she would normally and her skin wasn't any better, (although after only 4 months) and she said she was actually hungrier, so she just said fuck it. I didn't argue with her because A) I'm not gonna push it on her and B) I'm paying for it and it's more for me now

Hahahaha. That's funny. Yea mine has been interested in trying it but I'll be paying for it too so Ill let her make her own decision .

Lol smart move.

It's called the placebo effect!! It works both ways bro. Give it a few weeks she'll be good :). If not go see a doctor but I'm fairly certain she'll be alright. It's just messing with her head that she's not taking the hgh anymore.

DfromPhilly's picture

That's what I was thinking. I've never read anything about withdrawl. I told her she was nuts. And if she really thinks that's it then take 1.5 iu and start EOD, then e3d, Ect and start weaning herself off. It's not like I don't have enough.

By no means am I a doctor just a kines major and coach, so Im not diagnosing her... But i think she just got an energy boost from the hgh and she felt better on it now that she doesnt have it she just needs to get adjusted to normal function. Just like people who need coffee to wake them up they are going to feel lethargic and tired when they have no caffeine in their system. I just came off hgh and i felt kind of the same just give it some time.

Being tired is a common side effect of hgh.

DfromPhilly's picture

Right, but she's tired without it, that's where I got confused

Good point. Never done gh myself so cant comment any further.
