I guess I fall into the skinny legged category. But not being physically able to workout my legs more than once a month without massive arthritis flare ups just sucks
Dont feel bad Ted. Plenty of other lifts for legs. I have two ruptured discs (two sugeries) two bulged discs, broken bone in back, bone on bone in right knee. No more squats or deads. I never liked squats. I got better results from bicycling.
awww sorry bout that Ted that does suck...im sure if you could you would...you should drink apple cider vinegar its excellent for arthritis... like 2 tbls per day in a bit of water....
I'll have to give that a try. Oral antibiotics aren't helping the flare ups anymore. Next step on the front is Iv everyday for a week.

i have a few other natural things you can try...dont forget they're not gonna work overnight you've gotta give it time and stick with it...but try organic MSM you can get that on the internet...also oils like high lignan oil, contains all omega's get one thats non GMO...also turmeric and glucosamine and chondroitin and avoid hydrogenated oils too...btw organic msm can cause flu like symptoms but its just yr body detoxing...i know someone who has terrible neuropathy and has had amazing relief with organic MSM...

The antibiotics are just for when the Lyme disease flares up from my understanding. Which is only once every couple months
Hey Alayna... This Organic MSM, do you prefer powder or crystals? Or does it even matter?? Do you mix the powder in lotion or something to apply topically??
As long as its organic doesn't matter and by organic that means it does not contain anti caking agents ..i drink it...follow the directions on the bottle usually its 1 tsp in 8 oz of water 2x a day but i found the cleansing affect to be pretty strong so you should dose up slowly....you can brush yr teeth with it too...its also good for the colon

the only thing that they have injured when it comes to legs is their egos, because they can't squat 300lbs in front of their buddies. When they give me the bad ______ excuse I call them on their shit, because I've had both my knees operated on and currently have my meniscus torn (again) in my right knee.

Most of the decent standard competitive women I know really understand the game, (especially competition prep). Outside of my usual training partner, the only other person I'll train with regularly is a lady. I find the girls generally work harder for their gains. She's a right little animal, loves making the guys look stupid too!

This lady I'm referring to is literally 5ft 2", but solid. There was a, let's say "higher BF guy", you know the type, thinks he's "big" but really largely it's not muscle. He was standing around telling everyone how incline benching 100kg's for 10 reps was "strong". We'd finished our workout, about to leave. Mid way through him talking she pushes past him, gets herself comfortable, pushes out 15 reps, gets up and walks out without saying a word.
