HELP Low estrogen during pct from adex now what?

I'm on my second week of pct and my estrogen is low my joints are cracking and killing me sex drive is down and headaches. Pct is 100/100/50/50 clomid and 40/40/20/20 Nolva. On 650 test and 450 npp my e2 was perfect using .5 mg pharma grade adex. I figured estrogen can get high during pct so I continued using it at .5 mgs Ed for the first 12 days, now I'm suffering. Do I just stop the adex completely for the last two weeks of pct, or slowly taper? Would using aromain help now? My estrogen is low so I don't think so but it might help with possible rebound? Thoroughly confused and can't think straight with this clomid and low e2 lol

Definitely don't add aromasin now... BUT keep it on hand since estro rebound is possible in your case after you finish your PCT...
And never use arimidex in pct in the future...
RustyhookerStop the adex asap. You've not seen the vets post adex use. It'll take bout 3 days to get estro back up. Might hit your fish oils and hydrate.
Aro at low dose with lower dosed Nolvadex on pct to offset the crush of estro. Aro also boosts igf.
Stop the adex. Update us in couple days. .5 is a HUGE adex dose too
Thanks brother and yes I'm very gyno prone .5 Ed had my e2 at like 23. And how would the aro offset the low e2 wouldn't it just make its worst?
RustyhookerJust posting different option for cycle but use what works. Adding aro now would crash you.

RustyhookerEveryone reacts differently. He might test aro at some point in future as it's suicidal. Or run cycles with very low conversion like low test with eq. Finding the happy spot is trial n error.
