+ 1 Need gurus help with half lives
I am 3 weeks into a test e cycle at 500 mgs a week. I pin every Monday and Friday and I take .25 mg of adex every day. My plan was to get bloods drawn for my e2 at week 4 expect I forgot to pin this last Monday, so Tuesday around noon I remembered and I pinned. However now I am unsure how long I should wait untill I get blood drawn because I missed a day and will be pinning again on Friday like normal and I know the levels will be somewhat skewed for testosterone because I was a day late. Is there any good calculators where I can type in how much I'm taking on every day including this past Tuesday and see wen my levels will normalize? Please help I am anal about this stuff and want to know my test isn't too low or too high from missing that one day even tho I pinned on Tuesday instead of monday

Rustyhookerand I take .25 mg of adex every day.
Anyone?
What's wrong with this dose? I'm highly sensitive to estrogen
You start by taking .25 ed but after 7-8 days you have to draw bloods to see where your E2 level is at, that way you will know if its too much or not enough or just right.
Most people only care about if their test is good, noone cares if the most important piece (ai) is bunk.
I always worry about my e2 level before my test.
So follow my advice and you should get everything dialed in properly.
Ya I'm just worried about the spike from test causing my e2 to rise or be lower when the dip happens from me missing Monday and pinning tueaday
Then do your pins and ai for a week then go get bloods its that simple.
Ya when I graphed it out it showed a dip and rise of 2mg active on the tueaday and Friday, when I changed the dose from 250 to 300 just to see how much per day active that would give it was 8 mgs, so essientially that rise and dip is equivalent to me pinning like 10 more mgs of test and then 10 less mg of test for those days so nothing big.
RustyhookerMust be super sensitive. Average is .25e3d. Bloods are better than others results, directs you outright.
I am I had to have surgery once
Get the bloods and let's see what's up...
Good to see someone taking this shit seriously. Best of luck on your journey
Thank you
A day late and a buck short...
Relax. A day late wont have an impact.
Pinning it a day late isn't going to make any noticeable difference. You are worrying about nothing.
Ya but it has to have an impact on test by not pinning monday and pinning Tuesday instead
It won't matter. Prop, yes it would impact the test results. Test e it won't.
I used the steroid calculator and put in week 1-12 I pinned test 250 on Monday and Friday the week 13 I pinned 250 TUESDAY and Friday then week 14-16 pinned 250 on Monday and Friday like normal and week 13 you see a dip and then a rise higher and lower then the previous weeks so it deff went a little lower by missing a day and then went a little higher from pinning a couple days after Tuesday
If you are real anal about how it is going to show up on a bloodtest, just schedule the test the day before your next scheduled pin. Should always test in the trough anyways. But bottom line, is a few points difference in your bloodwork worth fretting over when you are in the 2000+ range anyways. Don't sweat the small stuff.
So on the days I pinned every Monday and Friday the lowest my mg per day test was 38.4mgs and the high was 66.5, now once I missed my Monday pin the low went to 36.6 instead of 38.4, and the high went to 68.1 my question is are those 2-3 mg difference daily gonna make a difference in my e2 levels? I'm being really anal about this on the graph I do see my test going lower and higher then if I was pinning Monday and friday
Your estro wil be fine. Like I said don't sweat the small stuff here.
X2...re: trough...peak and troughs are the next level to ultimate drug titration... :)...just like vancomycin, phenytoin sodium...
I just don't know when to run it, I think I'll wait a couple weeks untill the minor spikes from skipping a day go away, should be two weeks from now
You can insert your pinning schedule here http://steroidcalc.com with the amount of test you are pinning, to plot a graph of your test spikes in your blood.
Thanks I did that and saw a small dip and spike
