Real world tren experiences. Muscle builder or fat burner?

Curious as to people who have real experience with Tren, not just those that have read “it melts fat” or “it’s used to bulk cattle” what their experience with tren is. Do you find you gain muscle on it or just burn fat. Let’s take out any appetite claims and assume diet and training would allow muscle growth, is tren good at adding size? I have used it in the past while dieting and it was excellent but wondering if it is truly worth it to try and gain quality size. I know anadrol, deca, test, and dbol are typical “bulkers” but I am looking for muscle growth, not the scale going up and shirts getting tighter because of water weight.

I prefer to train without any additional steroids or supplements, as I consider it harmful to health and the muscles will not be real.

Both. Pretty impressive fat/subq water loss as well as putting on lean muscle at a rapid pace. The stuff works well.

Yes it's great for losing weight. last time I ran Tren I lost a hundred and thirty pounds and then I dropped the tren and she came back

Tren sucks isn't worth it it doesn't melt fat as fast as people make it out to be. I've burned more fat on deca but everyone is different

Trens no fun. Yeah it works but what price do you want to pay. I want good energy and less sides. I like EQ or npp with test of course.

EQ and nandrolone (or any 19-nor) without any test feels amazing, so the “of course” isn’t quite as of course as may seems. EQ aromatizes about half as much as test so it’s perfect to run instead of test as a “base” compound just to be your functional androgen. Sometimes, mo’ test is just mo’ problems, and sometimes no test is even better Smile

Not that I’m condoning/recommending this. Just speaking purely in hypotheticals. I know people lose their minds sometimes whenever there’s talk about going testless, as though it’s breaking some cardinal sin or something

I don't run test high. I think I have been over 500 mg ew maybe twice just to check it out. Your right mo test is not always better. What would the "base" be considered? The main Andro?

500 mg of test is nuts to me lol. I haven’t gone over about 200 in a couple years almost. I guess any androgen that aromatizes enough to provide adequate E2 to function normally I would consider a base compound

I'm enjoying this now. Nor 19 and low test. High libido, great pumps, clean feeling once u get dialed in. My next one I'm going to try a different androgen.

I mean even alone. Through the years I learned different things and things are still changing. It used to be run test higher than tren. Now it's lower less sides and I'm guessing deca being a 19 nor why would it not be the same? It can all be very confusing but I have to run off some of my own exp also. I have ran test lower than deca and had problems. I'm going to friend request you. We talk more bout it.

I gain the most size on tren
I don’t get sides as long as I keep doses low.

For me it's best for cutting! Retains muscle on restricted calories. Also, a great muscle hardener and a vascular wonder! I use it with Mast and T3 with Albuterol. The results are outrageous.

Great mass builder but a lot sides, nearly too much but the results are just awesome. But with Test , Deca or Eq and Dianabol you can reach also awesome results with less sides!

It’s incredible for retaining lean tissue while keeping scale weight under control (in the interest of staying in a weight class, for instance) while eating relatively little calories. And of course it does bind to ARs in adipose tissue, leading to lipolysis. That’s got to be one of my biggest pet peeve misconceptions about steroids in general, by the way, when people say they “don’t burn fat.” Lol of course they do. Adipose cells have androgen receptors just like muscle cells do. When androgens bind to fat cell ARs, lipolysis is stimulated, fatty acids get mobilized. Basic physiology. Done and done

Anyhow. Just like how they had to feed cattle substantially less food to “bulk them up,” we can get away with eating substantially less calories on it to build muscle

I say “had to,” past tense, because finaplix H like people used to use to brew tren A with back in the day doesn’t exist anymore. At least not in the States that I know of. Now there’s estrogen added into the fina so the steers don’t get too lean. People generally don’t buy beef without any marbling, so it’s just not profitable to butcher cows who are that lean for meat. Whoops, another tangent. Sorry

Can it be used to bulk? Of course. If one can get down enough food, that is. It does tends to suppress appetite, plus the gastric emptying/heartburn can be brutal.

But for competitive athletes who are trying to control weight without any degradation in performance, it’s a beast for retaining lean tissue while leaning out, even at low doses

For general bulking purposes, if there were no concern with weight classes? I’d prefer nandrolone all day. Much less side effects with very similar end hypertrophic results

Real good input HB as usual mate. I’ve always heard that steroids (maybe not all) don’t burn fat, which I’ve always believed without to much questioning. If you’ve got some studies which confirm that some do I’d be keen to to give them a read mate.

Exactly, when you take steroids you do so to build muscle and get stronger so therefore you eat heavy and properly rather than starve yourself.

I hope no one is suggesting I’m talking about “starving one’s self” in the name of aesthetics, which isn’t my interest to begin with. I had no choice but to reduce my calories on trenbolone because if I hadn’t, I would have strayed too far above my weight class to be anywhere where I’m comfortable trying to very quickly water cut before weigh ins. The weight was coming on too quickly and I had to make caloric adjustments on the fly based upon the weight class I registered, and paid, to compete under. The OP asked for real world experience; my experience is you can achieve phenomenal lean mass retention and even hypertrophic gains while losing body fat (getting stronger and building muscle is exactly the name of the game there) on reduced calories versus other compounds. I’m not advocating starvation. I hope no one thinks I am. Sorry if I wasn’t clear

Another point to consider; eating properly also involves eating the proper macronutrients to a big extent, and we can somewhat contextually distinguish eating properly from eating heavily (assuming you mean a surplus). I maintain (no pun intended), one can gain lean muscle tissue and get stronger, even if scale weight goes down, in a caloric deficit given protein intake is high enough to facilitate this. In fact, I would consider this the expected norm when properly strength training on trenbolone while recompositioning in a deficit

I wasn't referring to you as I don't take your opinions into account - I was talking about people dieting on trenbolone in general and voiding themselves of carbs and calories.

Agreed. I only run it once a year, right before summer, Hence right now. I like it with low test, mast and T3. Sprinkle in some anadrol about a week before you go on that beach vacation and everything pops out nice. Make sure your taking all the precautions that come with a 19 nor. Tren can ruin your body vitality if not taken or respected correctly.

I have some sitting in a drawer staring at me lol.... I love taking it for two weeks leading up to a summer vacay with the wife and kids, I get stupid pumped and vascular. But yes, NPP/Test/Drol, my go to bulker!

For me tren is best for keeping my muscle mass while I cut fat off.. it is a great recomp drug or as a cutter.. some use to bulk but for me I have trouble eating on tren due to anxiety but some people don't get sides like others do.. Hope this helps
