Try eating Primal or the tim ferriss slow-carb diet. Basically what I agree with is keeping carbs low (100g max a day for fat loss), fats mid, and protein intake high. This will allow you to maintain muscle mass while burning fat. If you just ate 0 carbs, you will lose muscle mass. I would eat most carbs before and after a workout (50% of daily carb intake). You might want to eat 2500 calories a day or less so you can lose a lb per week.

Here is some info.

I really like the cocept behind primal. I mean it seems basic and mostly common sense. I wear myself out counting macros etc.. but in theory the primal could show to be just as effective as any other diet thats so time consuming im sure

I would lose my sanity with no carbs. I am not arguing that it won't get you ripped quick and deplete water, but god damn I just can't do it longer than a day. Props to you guys who can !

Thanks I'll look into it

It is difficult to pinpoint fat loss naturally so the best approach for you to take would be to look at the quality of your diet. 5000 calories sounds like plenty, perhaps too much if you're trying to cut fat, even to maintain your gains. U may wanna incrementally lower your daily caloric intake until YOU feel you are in a fat burning state while still preserving those hard earned gains. Also, maybe try cleaning up your diet. Get at least your bodyweight in PROTEIN from lean meats. Your CARBOHYDRATES, which should be eaten mid day only- I like my first and last meal of the day to be carb free, should come from low glycemic index sources such as sweet potatoes, oats, vegetables, etc. I recommend choosing the carbs with high fiber to keep digestion going smoothly and keep your stomach flat. Your FATS should be eaten mostly with the first and last meal of the day and kept to a minimum throughout the middle of the day. Choose to eat certain foods that contain healthy fats and keep track of how much you're eating as it is easy to overeat fats. I like to eat eggs, nuts, flaxseed, olive oil, etc for my fats. This is a general overview of how I structure my diet. The times I eat my carbs and the times I eat my fats are important in order to maximize natty insulin and HGH response, which works synergistically with gear for some mind blowing gains. Good luck brotha and just remember to listen to your body and you'll be fine

A neoprene waist belt during cardio will help, but it only helps the look you don't actually loose fat. It helps get excess water from that area, I'm also female and retain a lot of water. I'm not sure how helpful it would be for a man but they are like $5, so it's worth a shot.

Ok cool. How long do you keep that image? Like after you use it can you tell a couple hours after, next day. Etc.. before your leaner image "wears off"

A while I do cardio EOD and I always wear it so I can't really gage how long without it.

The body will lose fat in the last place it put it on... And likewise, your last place to go will most likely be the first place it gets stored.

So long story short -- one does not simply target fat loss to certain areas of the body. Your body will lose fat the only way it knows how.

Personally, my excess fat gets stored in my stomach first, then chest/face. My legs and arms never carry much at all. Whereas a women may tend to carry most in their legs and ass.

So the end of the day genetics will determine where your fat gets stored and the only way to lose your belly fat may be ultimately to get down to around 10% bf. Good luck.

Thanks . Ive never understood it all that well but I appreciate you breaking it down for me. Basically there's no way to pin point a specific area then

Yeah that's correct. There is no way to specifically target weight loss to a certain location, except getting liposuction.
