Summer EBC Free For All 2013
HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.

I never thought to put the two together really but a friend mentioned something to me today. And now Im seeing a big connection.
a cold? I suppose it could, a fever on the other hand makes you drier though
I actually had a cuticle infection during this EBC. My finger blew up like an Italian sausage and I ended up on antibiotics. Luckily they had no effect on my cycle although the sore finger affected my lifting for about a week.
lol of course it gunna happen for a localized infection... i had a cold for the entire final week of the ebc. my friend comes up to me now and says "your face looked bloated as hell the other week. you look much better now." the sickness might be the only thing i can pin the cause on, because diet and compound use have not changed. i think i will post up some current photos in the pic section and compare.
Yeah man, this was only a 10 week comp. And I didn't start until 17 days into the EBC on July 22. I was waiting on PCT gear. So I'm actually still cycling. It's always interesting to see positive changes regardless of comp dates, so yeah post 'em.

hoooo im about to explode just ad a massive plate of homemade ravioli filled with mozzarella and prosciutto finished in a bolognese sauce (as appetizer) main course was a gigantic rack of lamb braised in barolo red wine sauce, sauted spinach and oven roasted potatoes, no dessert ad an orange and a pair, going on the couch and passing out....
