+ 10 Went to doctor today and....

ad

So I went to the doctor today to complain that I just haven't been feeling that great these days.

He prescribes me testosterone and he knows sort of what I'm doing. I'm trying to do my first show in Nov. First thing he does is takes my blood pressure, its high. Probably because I didn't sleep well so I had to pound the caffeine this morning to even start moving.

So we go through all my symptoms, my mood sucks, I'm tired and anxious, can't sleep well, no appetite, and I'm not growing very quickly.

I'm taking a fairly heavy cycle right now and I should be growing fast.

He takes one look at me and says "you are like 50 lbs heavier than you were when I first met you, you look awesome, you just don't seem very good inside" "You are asking too much of your body! and depriving it of the things it needs most to grow - rest, nutrients, and patience". "Stop taking so much, pushing so hard, trying too much, demanding everything...." "You are even forgetting to breathe."

So what a wake up call. I need to slow the fuck down and breathe.

I don't know if anyone else finds themselves in this situation but I thought it was a great wake up call. All the drugs in the world can't make up for a good nights sleep and 4500 calories of excellent food a day. If you aren't growing properly take a look at the fundamentals rather than thinking what can I add to my cycle. I can tell you for a fact that more drugs does not work - been trying it.

I see this happening all over the place here, and I notice it because I'm so wrapped up in it.

I'm just going to SLOW way down and make realistic demands on my body. It gets out of control so quickly. This is supposed to be enjoyable.

Peace

Glad you're feeling better homie! Sometimes we forget to slow down and take care of ourselves. It's the little things that can make all the difference in the world

Is this guy accepting patients?

My doctor tries to lecture me on everything. It's retarded. Not to mention I'm in a premed program and in great health. I know doc, you're smarter than me. Chill out bro.

I'm not being sarcastic but seriously girlie, you need to write a book or something. Your verbage and use of words is absolutely awesome. Smile I'd like to be the first to order said book.

Hey, man it took a lot of balls too post this up, much respect. One of the most difficult things to do in life is self-evaluation and the fact that you took the time to do so speaks volumes about your character as a man. IMO it would be a good idea for new members like myself to read more experiences like this puts into perspective that more is not necessarily better. Thank you for sharing this it will benefit the entire community.

I have always had poor appetite. I throw eq in my cycles now because of it. Last time I had blood tests done I had a PERFECT liver values (other then 40 HDL) which is a little low but that's due to my genetics.

I'm going to get a blood test done soon just from seeing this post. I have been running tren/eq/anavar for a long time now the var for 11 weeks I think a blood test is necessary.

I am going to wait a month for my levels to normalize a little though, I just pinned my last shot of EQ 20 mins ago.

That is really good on the bloods! Well it sounds like you have gained a wealth of knowledge to better serve your cycles.

I stay really conservative as well running low dose cycles so I can maintain my hemocrit for the long all. Plus I seemed to be very sensitive to compounds where it doesn't take a lot. I hope a lot of people read this thread because I believe it is a great resource for others.

Well that is a good revelation. I know if taking aas or anything else impeded my health and well being I wouldn't take it. What is the point if you look good and feel like shit on the inside.

did he run any blood tests just to give a better idea of where the off balance might be affecting most. I do bloods monthly for that reason. I am glad for you though the way you are looking at this very smart.
