Do the seizure letters come hand in hand with police? Or do thy follow a few days/weeks after? Will th cops even bother if its only a few vials?!

Guys, as a older man, I occasionally (only very occasionally) have to pull the odd hair our of my nose, occasionally my ears. However, my back hair is the problem, its patchy, different colours and spiking out at different angles. I look like, I got naked, covered my self in glue and rolled about a barber's floor.
So, to the younger, more metrosexual, guys, what's the best way to get rid of unwanted body hair ? And I've seen the posts on the use of Veet on the bikini line, doesn't sound pleasant and I won't be going there.
dont listen to the kids that told you to wax, get it lasered once very 5-6weeks and after 6-7 sesions the hairs wont grow again but you may need maintenance lazer every few months or so.
