+ 1 TRX suspension bands

Has anyone used TRX bands , and what were your results? It looks like a piece of equipment I can add to my already crowded garage gym. I've seen a couple people on YouTube doing a cable crossover type movement, and it looked interesting.

Edit if they are the body weight hang from the rafters type system you mean I don't like them but the true heavy duty flex bands are great for chest and cardio I used to use the big rubber bands at my old gym hope this helps
Look them up man I haven't used them personally but I have seen some professional lifters using them on YouTube and recommending them to help confuse your muscles. In the end they are you choice to get if they are cheap I would give them a shot I just got a slingshot I'm going to try.
Sometimes no news is good news I figure with no responses these bands must not be any good
