Gallbladder Surgery

Finally got that thing out today.
I woke up at 330 am hit shoulders and had sex.
Just incase something bad happened.
They took it out a 630. Absolutely no problems so far.
It just feels like I over did abs.
Only problem I had was I couldn't urinate after the surgery for hours. Nurse said it's from the anastezia.
Hopefully down the road I'll be able to add some fats in my diets not only for bodybuilding but pleasure from time to time.
It sucks not being able to eat at places your kids want to go.

Unfortunately I'm done with protein shakes.
Docs bugging me about my egfr even though my urine is barely out of range and my bun is perfect.
I'm going to cut my protein back and lighten the workouts up before my next test.
Doctors dont understand bodybuilding and blood work.
Is that your choice or because you'll have trouble digesting them now bud? There's still BCAA's if you need something lighter or thinner

Rusty I've only avg around 4 or 5 grams of saturated fat daily over the last year.
Hopefully in time I'll be able to add some fats.
Its probably 50/ 50.

Its amazing now how these surgeries are outpatient. How big is your stitch? I imagine you opted for the laser surgery right?
Yea it was lazer. They taped over the incisions so I have no idea.
They kind of tricked me the lady said this iv is just to relax you.
Next thing I know I'm in recovery.
Luckily I never had surgery, never broke a bone; but I have been clinically dead 4 times. Nothing to be proud of but it certainly changed my whole outlook on life and what really happens when you die.
I've had a few injuries. Teeth knocked out broken bones. Nothing like death though. Thank God.
Time to slow down grandpa.
