I've heard that it is important for muscle growth. That is why I am conflicted by my beta analine use. I reach failure anymore before I feel lactic acid build up. Studies say beta analine is effective, but I always worry if I am selling myself short by using it.

I use beta analine instead of a stim preworkout. So far so good, but it hasnt been long enough. Plus I'm looking for endurance mostly.

It builds in your system like creatine. The two of them to grate supposed to have a synergistic effect in strength gains and endurance. I take 3.5 every morning and 3.5 with my preworkout. Tingling takes a little getting used to, I’m sure you have felt it if you’re using it

Oh yes!

How were your workouts on beta alanine ?
I am working from home and also now train from home so really don't need the stims anymore but I am thinking about getting creatine, beta alanine and BCAA.

Kinda hard to tell, I still get the skin buzz, if I take it on an empty stomach. When I run outside in the sun, I think it makes my skin glow. I'm going to finish out the container and then to decide.

Look up milk shaking in race horses basically it’s baking soda and Gatorade pumped into the stomach it neutralizes lactic acid a great performance enhancer and it cost 4 bucks lactic acid is bad for performance you want to work hard enough to get it but be able to get rid of it

Hey guys this account is new but I’ve been lurking around for years lost my old password but like monlin said I’ve had bloodwork from my gp no orals for months and liver numbers were high he freaked out wanted to scan my liver I told him I workout heavy 6 days a week that could cause it he said he’s never heard of that I called my HRT Dr told him the numbers he said no big deal. I didn’t do the scan but the next time gp wanted blood I was on bar but didn’t workout for 72 hrs prior and normal liver numbers told him it was because I didn’t workout he said no that’s not possible lol

Meaning the exercise is causing some of the liver stress? I mean I realize it elevates it after a heavy leg workout because I’m pretty sure that is why I tested high on ALT once the day after.

Thanks buddy.

Hell yea thanks bro!! Im always on the fence and rarely set my mind on one side...of course theres an agenda behind most studies and cherry picking data...

I graduated college 25 years ago, back in the day the Dean's list was always 3.5-3.99, presidents list was 4.0!

Halsey's picture

4.0 is summa cum Loade Atleast your not "retarted". Lol
