Lactic acid is good?
ad
So after looking into what was better for clearing out lactic acid, sauna or ice bath, i came across this video where the fella claims that lactic acid is good for you and is misunderstood... He also lists the sources of the research ...check it out and let me know what u think...
I thought it was interesting.

I've heard that it is important for muscle growth. That is why I am conflicted by my beta analine use. I reach failure anymore before I feel lactic acid build up. Studies say beta analine is effective, but I always worry if I am selling myself short by using it.
I use beta analine instead of a stim preworkout. So far so good, but it hasnt been long enough. Plus I'm looking for endurance mostly.
It builds in your system like creatine. The two of them to grate supposed to have a synergistic effect in strength gains and endurance. I take 3.5 every morning and 3.5 with my preworkout. Tingling takes a little getting used to, I’m sure you have felt it if you’re using it
Oh yes!
How were your workouts on beta alanine ?
I am working from home and also now train from home so really don't need the stims anymore but I am thinking about getting creatine, beta alanine and BCAA.
Kinda hard to tell, I still get the skin buzz, if I take it on an empty stomach. When I run outside in the sun, I think it makes my skin glow. I'm going to finish out the container and then to decide.
Look up milk shaking in race horses basically it’s baking soda and Gatorade pumped into the stomach it neutralizes lactic acid a great performance enhancer and it cost 4 bucks lactic acid is bad for performance you want to work hard enough to get it but be able to get rid of it
Molinin302Your organs thank you for this. There's antagonists for everything. Do your research, which I know you do. Waste product is exactly that. Its tremendous to ask, but members have done experiments before. Recently with B6 for prolactin, and another with blood donation and RBC count and proven the merits of each. It'd be interesting to see someone running a reasonable dosage of an oral, say 30mg weekly of dianabol or 50mg of anavar, and have bloods drawn after a week of still using the drug, but no exercise for a week prior as compared to leg day the day before. Anavar is still prescribed, I'd bet those liver values will tell two different stories.
Hey guys this account is new but I’ve been lurking around for years lost my old password but like monlin said I’ve had bloodwork from my gp no orals for months and liver numbers were high he freaked out wanted to scan my liver I told him I workout heavy 6 days a week that could cause it he said he’s never heard of that I called my HRT Dr told him the numbers he said no big deal. I didn’t do the scan but the next time gp wanted blood I was on bar but didn’t workout for 72 hrs prior and normal liver numbers told him it was because I didn’t workout he said no that’s not possible lol
Meaning the exercise is causing some of the liver stress? I mean I realize it elevates it after a heavy leg workout because I’m pretty sure that is why I tested high on ALT once the day after.
Molinin302Absolutely 100%. It's not only what you put into your body, it's also byproducts you make your body produce that have to be filtered out and excreted. Blood tests for that will not reflect the difference, only a value of the elevated enzymes. That's where looking at other numbers can help you distinguish, but when things are thrown off, it's difficult.
Thanks buddy.
Molinin302Ok, watched the video in its entirety. Guy has a great physique, but he's Tony Huge without the arrogant syringe behind his ear. His advice will hurt people. Then it clicked, just Google search his name, and of course he has a program with a "100% money back guarantee" behind it. I just wouldn't follow his advice Melvin. Don't make me give you a Melvin. Google that lol. Still love ya buddy.
Hell yea thanks bro!! Im always on the fence and rarely set my mind on one side...of course theres an agenda behind most studies and cherry picking data...
RustyhookerIts good to a point. Removes dead tissue. Irritates new growth.
Molinin302Thomas DeLaurer gets the "Rustyhooker Cosign" ? Lol. Where you been man, life keeping you busy?
RustyhookerIve never seen anyone grow without getting lactic buildup. But again whens the last time folks posted "bulking pix" and had fresh stretch marks?
Naaaa....not busy. Tired of 6ft 165 pound anorexics jumping on tren drol sust .....nit worth my knowledge jump
Molinin302+2 buddy, seems to be too many jumping on the jazz these days without foundation and diet. I dunno bro, the stretch marks are almost a right of passage lol. 30 years ago we had to deal with the big guy at the gym that was always purple and smelled like onions. Eroids is a gift. But proper training and supplementation alongside good diet, and rest, wouldn't prevent unnecessary lactic acid buildup? Therefore avoiding stress on the liver and kidneys? As well as cardiac tissue having to push the toxins through the filtering organs? It's a toxic byproduct. It serves absolutely zero health benefit to the human body. Physiologically of course. There may be some bro science I'm missing... help me out here. Knowledge is the key my bro. I had to make adjustments, but I'm pretty sure my commas are placed correctly. It's Monday though. I'm sure you get where I'm going. Thanks big guy.
RustyhookerTired of arguing with youngsters....lol

Now i know some see me as a fkn retard but i carried a 4.0gpa, honor roll and deans list. 2 full paid scholarships and aim is PA in sports medicine. Shit like this is why the old timers stay silent and laugh in the shadows.
AnonDean's List...4.0...
Legit.
I graduated college 25 years ago, back in the day the Dean's list was always 3.5-3.99, presidents list was 4.0!
Molinin302I wasn't a great student, probably autistic or ADHD or whatever it's called, but I was always bored. Aced all tests but had no interest in projects or home study. Maintained 3.6 with no extracurriculars. Is what it is. Graduating 4.0 is magna cum laude?
4.0 is summa cum Loade Atleast your not "retarted". Lol
Same here bro...except the GPA...but I did get my masters from the University of Hard Labor...still at the top of my class actually
Molinin302I didn't watch the video yet, but I can tell you right off the bat it's a waste product. Has to be processed by the liver, and confuses guys who don't stop hard workouts a week before their blood draws and get freaked out by their ALT/AST levels. It's not always the orals, makes the heart work harder as well. I'm going to watch the video, but through my education there's absolutely no benefit to it. Waste product that levels of should be as low as possible.
Man I really appreciate your input and knowledge...this is one of my favorite things about eroids..not just opinions but common sense conversations...i saw a video someone had posted but the guy talked about the stress of too much protien....i hadnt given it any thought before then, just assumed it was alright
Anyhow +1 for the knowledge drop
